I have VERY VERY good news.
The ads are on my computer. And are ready to upload to my dads website. When we uploaded them from the camera the whole package was 101 GB! So my dad has compressed it down to 17 GB. Thats still very large so i have chopped them into three Intervals, each being 5-6 MB.
The ads/teasers should be available by the end of MY day. I have asked my dad to do it today and he said yes, but that doesn't mean he actually is!
I will post another post soon with what ads are in what Interval.

I've thought all along that the Australians are much kinder to VDO in their interviews. They just seem to appreciate his talent more than some segments of the US. Now I find that the Australian ads for LOCI are better than those we get in the US.
I would love to actually see all of them, but I will be so happy with any that you post, Kahlia. Thanks for your efforts.

A kindred spirit! Like Kahlia, I too am used to relying on my father for all things computer related. For 18 years my idea of tech support was "Daddy, when are you coming home from work?" Bit of an adjustment off at college...so I can relate!
Whenever you get the chance is fine, thanks for going to the trouble! But no rush, don't worry if it takes a while.

Okay now, My father still hasn't put up the ads... yet. I have the list on which ads are with which Interval (i don't even know if you would call them intervals, but its sounds snazzy ;D) Criminal Intent ads.... I1Probability Cuba Libre Cold Comfort Legion Cherry Red Graansha APOI Criminal Intent ads.....I2The Gift The Good Doctor (s1) A Murder Among Us Pravda Sound Bodies Happy Family Criminal Intent ads......I3Anti-Thesis (s2) The Saint Shrink Wrapped Ill Bred (THIS AD IS NOT COMPLETE) Conceince Dead & Bright Boy (lovely "Criminal Criminal Criminal Intent" one) All of these lists are in order of appearence. Ill-Bred is not complete, just a warning. I started taping Ill bred over the ad, i was quiet diappointed Shrink Wrapped- at the end it went funny, you got the start of the episode but the voice of the ending of the ad, so i kept recording so you can hear the end of the ad.... only 2 or 3 seconds, your not missing out on much I really hope that you enjoy. Let me know what you think. Also let me know if your American ads are like these ones. I have been told that they aren't. Maybe i can get some more up for you guys. -Kahlia. p.s I will post when my Dad gets the eps up. I will also give you guys the link too (when he gets them up.)

The ad with Judd Hirch saying he wouldn't cheat on his wife is from Pravda, 3rd season, the story about the plagerizing reporter. Before I saw the ad, I thought you might be referring to Jones from 1st season.
NBC should be ashamed of the ads they put out for us. These ads are exciting and riveting. You and your father are fantastic to have put all of these together for us to enjoy. Thank you both so much.

Kahlia;
Thanks for posting these. They're very cool, and I agree, far superior to what NBC does here in the states.

Awesome, Kahlia! That you've got them up. I'll have to wait another day to view them, but thanks in advance for all your (and your dad's) hard work!

Oh, Kahlia, they're great! Lucky thing you, getting those. The only thing we can be grateful for about NBC ads is when they occassionally show Kathryn Erbe in the moody-views. Grr...anyways, thanks for putting them up. Suppose any NBC reps might see these and take a hint? That would be nice...

Kahlia,
Sorry for the late response on this, but I just got to viewing the ads. These are GREAT! They are much more creative and attention-grabbing than the US ads. The ones featuring D'Onofrio himself are also very good - he must have done some cameo shots for the station when he was in Australia two summers ago. I heard the transcript of the Merrick and Rosso radio show where he was talking about Coogee and promoting CI.
It sounds like your Aussie TV station could give some pointers to us Yanks. It sounds like the ads are having the desired effect, with 1.6 or so million Australian viewers tuning in on Sunday nights.
Thanks for taking the time to produce these clips and share them with us.
D.

I'm a bit tardy also, Kahlia. But I just have to thank you for those terrific Aussie ads for CI. Maybe if we had promos of this quality and creativity here, the ratings for CI would be much higher than they are.

Thank you very much, Kahlia. Terrific work. I'd previously tried to open the link from my home computer and couldn't do it. Today I tried from the work computer and no problem. Seems to me that even CTV shows more promos for the show than NBC.
