Positive ones only, please and assuming it's true, of course... Brangelina Wedding Rumor Roundup 17/03/2006 2:36:15 AM Sympatico, MSN by Kat Giantis Angelina Jolie isn't going to let a little thing like incubating the progeny of Brad Pitt keep her from one of her favorite pursuits. On Monday, the do-gooder Oscar winner hoisted her swelling belly -- and her ever-present Louis Vuitton purse -- into her single-engine plane and took to the skies above the South of France.Come on, is she cool or what..? [edited to change thread title ]

um ... well, that action is cool. I have a real problem with flippant relationships, but wish the best for them.

Just saw Vincent D’ONofrio, getting out of teaching a class at the Actors Studio, hailing a cab with a young hottie on his arm. Is she a student? She could be his daughter which would make this rumour a bit sick. I start many things, threads included, tongue-in-cheek, and then heartily regret ever doing them. After I named this thread I wanted to go back and change it's title to The Positive Rumour Mill but couldn't.

Sirenna,
I had absolutely no intention of this being taken as bad. I just thought it was funny. Also, D'Onofrio's daughter was born in '92 which would make her 14. I don't think that a 14 year old would be referred to in such a way (I certainly hope not!!!)

Sirenna, I had absolutely no intention of this being taken as bad. I just thought it was funny. that's what everyone says. But it can still be hurtful. Nothing in the papers, as far as I'm concerned, can ever be substantiated but we can question what we read before accepting it into our lives. How about just positive examples?

Deb, I know you meant nothing by your comment. I can hear my own hubby laughing calling himself the King if he was a celebrity and something like that was posted, being his age and having a young babe on his arm. Lets face it, middle aged celebrities male and female do attract younger mates because of their popularity. And, whether they be actors, actresses, musicians or sports figures they are open to public scrutiny. I am not saying its always right. BUT, it happens to everyone, not just celebrities. Sometimes its innocent and sometimes its malicious. I don’t think you meant any harm Deb. I’ve got a suggestion for everyone. The next time the Tabloids are saying that they seen Vincent with a young hottie. Why don’t we all say…..“Hey, there he is with Elena again“ . Why Elena? A girl I used to work with years ago shared with me. That it didn’t matter if it was a customer or a vendor calling, saying that there was an error on something. They would all tell the caller. “Ah well, I guess Elena was having a bad day“ So if Elena is getting the blame for all of the errors. Why not give her all the credit for when there is a sighting with Mr. VDO. And for those who want to daydream, they can pretend that Elena is their real name

Cassie:
That's the point. Irregardless of whether one means harm, they may have DONE harm. Is it still permissible just because they are people? I would say not. but others might disagree.
Free speech after all...

Someone said, “looks like the old man can still get a date“.
Where is the harm in that?
