Happy Birthday to the May babies. And before I forget, Happy Mother's Day to all the moms.
We have had a great two weeks here. They have been filming scenes for the 3rd Spiderman movie, one block from where I work. They closed off 18 blocks in the middle of downtown. It's been quite interesting. I really didn't think I would get caught up in it, but I ended up going over there and spending a few hours each time. I watched as they changed the store signs to look like somewhere in Manhanttan. Then some guy walked around with an armful of NY license plates with magnets on the back, and all the parked cars suddenly had NY plates on them instead of Ohio. They also had two buses from NY and a police car. The chase scene with the armored car was the big event. The crash scenes were awesome! (Only I thought it was a shame to mess up some nice looking cars.) It sure takes a whole bunch of people to make a movie. But I had lots of fun. Someone even mistook me for an extra. ( I should have taken advantage of that, but I had to get back to work.)

Woo-hoo last paper turned in!!! I go home this afternoon for an interview tomorrow, then I'll be back to finish packing/sing at commencement. Thank Heavens I get to rest after that, it's been non stop for the past couple weeks. But my roommate and I did get to hang out a used bookstore on Saturday, followed by a tea shop and watching "BedKnobs and Broomsticks", so that was a nice, much-needed Anti-Stress Day.
Sigh, lunch, then put a few bags of clothes and books in the car to drive back. Hooray for the end of work! Sorry, but I'm a college student; I'm easily excited.

Catbird,
Don't apologize!!! I just go a B in statistics, which I thought I was going to fail. I was so excited I ran all over the house. Really looking forward to a month off before summer semester starts.
I did have time for a Scottish festival this weekend. The day was beautiful, the music was good, and the food was even better (I'm supposed to be on a diet...)
Good luck with the interview!!!
