Wow, I'm proud of you guys! I did really bad on this. Really, really, bad. I got the major players right: Israel, Palestine, Lebanon, Egypt, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. I did them pretty much in that order, too. The others I fumbled with, some just guessing over and over until it clicked.
Cassie, Bahrain was a humiliation for me because I have some family that have been stationed there. Shame on me. So, I have that site bookmarked, and I'll pop in from time to time to make sure I don't forget.

Oh my, that was embarrassing. Geography has never been my strong suit, but it's now clear to me just how bad I've gotten! Perhaps after the holiday shuffle is over I'll make studying some maps a resolution

This is embarassing. And I consider myself a reasonably well-education and informed person.

I did simply horribly.... I clicked and dragged names and dropped them here and there until they fit and finally gave up when I STILL had 2 names left and no place to put them. I think they made em up. Guess I didn't play as much "Risk" as my sisters did. Plus they've probably renamed things since then.

This is embarassing. And I consider myself a reasonably well-education and informed person. Ugh, EXACTLY. I sat there just dumbfounded because I feel like I do quite a bit of reading and have a decent grasp on issues and happenings in that region. But confront me with a blank map and things get mighty hazy I was similarly embarrassed a year or so ago when the husband and I decided to have a "list all the states" competition. Um, let's just say he won.

Oh I suck at geography! Even more than I thought I did. I did that drag until you're right thing and came up with a rhyme cuz I'm bored and CI isn't on at all today and I'm a big dork. "If it ends in -STAN it's east of Iran." Yep. A big dork.
