I like a week to gather suggestions and a week to vote, myself. Now if only I could think of a clever caption before I read it!

Yeah, I vote for one every 2 weeks - at least to get us through the summer.

"They all hate me because I'm beautiful."
p.s. I'd love to see a "caption this" poll every two weeks. it helps so much with LOCI withdrawal!

"I'm weird and everybody hates me." Or.... "Kleenex is overrated." Yep, still 12. Oh, and I vote for a new one every two weeks, too

Include me with those who said they like the use of the previous caption winner as the banner during the current contest.
I also concur with those who indicated a preference for a new caption contest every two weeks. It's something fun to look forward to during the long summer of no new LOCI episodes.

All these convincing reasons made me change my mind - count me in as voting for a new Caption This! every two weeks!

I like the winner being made into a banner, and love the banners on the threads in general. As much as I would love a contest every 2 weeks, every month might be more feasible for the mods. It takes time to search out the great pics and load them up, after all..... and the mods have lives too. Whatever schedule works out is fine with me. Keep up the great work CM and MH! D.

Yes, two weeks is good, I like that option. I mean, it's not like there's a shortage of material...
