A young friend of mine really likes MIB1. "It has aliens and cool things and the guys who play MONK and Goren," he told me.

It's fun. You'll never see a actor play three different versions of a character all squashed into one as you will seeing Vincent play the bug in the skin suit of Earl. He plays Earl, the bug, and the bug in Earl all at the same time.
Very fun!

But VDO's character's name before he became the bug was Edgar. The whole idea of wearing an 'Edgar' suit just tickles my imagination. LOL!!!!

Nope, I'm not the enforcing type. Sorry, hon. Just monitor yourself. No worries, it'll be fine.

Love this Movie, does anyone know did they do anything to VDO's voice when he was the bug or is that his own doing.

Love this Movie, does anyone know did they do anything to VDO's voice when he was the bug or is that his own doing. I'm certain it's VDO doing the voice throughout, that he uses his whole body and not just the extreme make-up to bring life to the character. Watch how he holds his head and neck at an angle with his chin pushed down into his throat, Also even with the make-up, he appears to deliberately twist his mouth to one side. Then he seems to use these mannerisms to help him make his voice sound harsh and croaking, almost froglike. Pity, since he has such a wonderful speaking voice.
