AL www.nypost.comAlso notable: Anthony Anderson and S. Epatha Merkerson have been nominated in dramatic TV actor categories for a 40th anniversary NAACP Image Award. Fox will broadcast the ceremony on February 12, 2009 at 8 PM ET. Drat! I forgot to watch this, and also forgot to tape it.
Did Anthony or Epatha win?

No -- nor did "Cadillac Records" win in the motion picture category. Here's a link to the 40th annual awardees: www.blackflix.com/articles/naacp.image.winners.2009.htmlColumbus Short from "Cadillac Records" won as best supporting actor. And Ice-T won as best supporting actor in a TV drama. Ice-T? I sort of get a kick out of him on SVU but (IMO) he's not much of an actor. No range. And what about his character's defense of porn in an episode last season? How much does that contribute to an Image Award? AL

Happy that Angela Bassett won for her role in "ER." But what is all of this "Grey's Anantomy" love? Best dramatic series? Give me a break.
