Has anyone read, heard, or seen any information about his next project?
I look at the Sundance Channel listings on a regular basis since I like some of their films and always look at the "shorts" to see if the "Orson Welles" film is listed. If it is ever listed, I will post it on one of these threads.

I heard he was planning a western of some sort... don't know any of the details, but I seem to recall thereel posted a blurb a month or so ago.
Filmnoir, if you ever see a listing for it, please do post. I understand that VDO isn't going to put it on DVD, so a Sundance airing may be the chance I ever get to see it. (It didn't play at the Nashville Film Fest.)

VDO in a western? Where? When? Do they need extras? Man, I miss CI.

As I said, I think thereel had something about it posted a month or two ago. Either that, or they posted an interview where he mentioned it. It may well have been on the VDO Forum now that I think about it... Sorry, my 36 year old brain is wearing out - can't remember squat these days! caseyswife

Vincent D'Onofrio Digs Into A Western, Laughs It Up With Vince Vaughn excerpt: "Hopefully in the summer I'll be making a Western; I'm writing one now, and I'm going to direct one," D'Onofrio mumbled during a call from his native New York. "I have a title, yeah. ... But I'm not gonna tell you."click here for full article: mtv.com

I am looking forward to seeing VDO in a script he wrote, this project sounds interesting in so many ways. I like VDO's way with an accent, he's very good and many actors have alot of trouble with accents south of the Mason-Dixon line. (Too much, or too little.) He and Vince Vaughn have good chemistry together, I wonder if he will participate in the casting beyond VV? Will he direct too? Alot of questions, I'm very interested in seeing where this project goes. As the journalist said, one of the reasons I like VDO is because I don't see his mug on every rag at the supermarket. I'm rather pleased that I'm not privy to every sordid detail of his life. I wouldn't want everyone knowing my business, and I get tired of all the "Infotainment" news on World News Tonight.
