I think Eames is waiting outside Goren's shrink's office to hear the verdict as to whether he'll be allowed to keep his job. So she's kinda smiling in anticipation of a good answer. IMO.

LOL They didn't even use the final scene we saw in the preview last week! They re-shot the whole scene! Oh well. According to KE's twitter, the first scene concentrated more on NYC and the second more on the characters. I'm glad they chose Goren and Eames!

So, I've been a LOCI fan (well sometimes "fan" sometimes mere "viewer") for most of the series' run; however, I didn't really follow anything about it online until I learned that D'Onofrio and Erbe would be returning for a short 10th season to give the show a proper send-off. (Confession time, I didn't watch season 9 after "Loyalty" and any other episodes that didn't feature the original detectives generally were only seen if I had them on in the background while vacuuming or doing my taxes or something...)

All that as a brief background as to why I didn't register for this board until *after* the final episode of the final season (as of now) aired. Seeing your slideshow, I just had to sign up and comment on how much I enjoyed it. I went and looked at some for the other episodes: entertaining!

Until this season, I'd never really thought one way or the other on the 'ship between Goren and Eames. This season, and even the final scene had me leaning heavily towards the "yup" side of things...and this slideshow put me over the edge into full shipperdom. Well done. ;D

Now back to lurking, while mourning the loss of my favorite TV detectives...and still hoping that some kind TV executive will allow me to see new Goren and Eames crime solving again...

I've been a die-hard shipper for years and have seen a lot in these last 8 episodes.

So thats what I have been having all these years with Bobby "eye sex"! I have never been to NYC but the thought I had when I saw them drive off was that it was really strange to see no cars parked on the street. I always thought NYC was filled with cars! But I did like how they drove off together on to their next case.

Well, I thought eye-sex had to be between two, but what do I know? LOL

I'm sure they paid big bucks to clear the street. I loved seeing them drive off into the sunset together!
