He is now one of the producers of L&O:CI according to the credits of www.nbcmv.com He used to work on L&O. This is part of the article from the section on Conviction. "Rick Eid, is an executive producer on NBC Universal Television Studio’s new dramatic series “Conviction.” His television credits include: “Law & Order,” “The Guardian” and “The Street.” In addition to his work in television, Eid is a screenwriter and well-known essayist whose work has appeared in various national publications, including Elle Magazine, where he is a longtime contributing writer. Prior to becoming a screenwriter, Eid was a corporate attorney and investment banker. He began his legal career in New York at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, and then moved to Los Angeles to join the firm of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, where he was elected Partner. He left Manatt to work for the London-based investment bank, Natwest Markets, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions."

Housekeeping was a little too thorough ... this post is back from the trash bin, sorry Jeff. Julianne Nicholson did mention that two of her Conviction producers will be joining her on LOCI for season 6. The other is Noberta Barba whos directed Conviction episodes "180.80" and "Denial" and Law & Order: SVU episode "Influence". She will be a co-executive producer and director for LOCI
