First, I am so excited about and grateful for the second interview! The first was good enough...
Anyway, most of what I might have asked has already been said here, but I did have one minor question. If I missed it somewhere else sorry!
How long had Goren and Eames been partnered in 'One'? Not that long judging by the time frame established in ITWSH. Had Eames already written and withdrawn the letter requesting a transfer?
Thanks again Stephanie SenGupta for taking the time to answer more of our questions!

Why did the CI team decide to change the styles of the opening murder scenes?
How do y'all plan to incorporate character without being heavy-handed or soapy?
We've heard reports and interviews that Dick Wolf wanted to revamp and makeover his shows to be more competitive in gaining viewers. How can CI do this and remain in CI form for the long-term fans? (Not to get you in trouble, and if it's in bad form please disregard, but can the writers/producers run interference and let Mr. Wolf know if they disagree with creative control decisions?)
Out of curiosity, can we look for you in a cameo in any upcoming episodes?
Thank you again Ms. SenGupta--I really appreciate your kind consideration of us fans!

I hope I'm not repeating, don't think I saw this question, but here goes:
We know that Eames is senior partner, and has been with NYPD and MC longer. How long has Bobby been with NYPD/MC? We know he was in narcotics for a while. Did he move through the ranks exceptionally fast? If so was it because he is very bright and could obviously pass any exam, and did being in the Army CID influence his rank? I would think service time and rank would count for something!
And I just want you to know I am totally enjoying and liking the changes, the music, and especially the glimpses into Bobby and Alex's personal lives! Very nice!
Thanks again!

After checking Ms. SenGupta's first interview, I discovered she already answered my question about "Bibles" for the characters, so I apologize for posting. that.
I would like to ask if Dr. Dietz is still involved with the show and to what extent.
Many on the board are concerned that this season may involve an arch where Bobby Goren has to deal with the results of the attack on Eames and his mother's illness. I know that not too much can be revealed, but could you give us any hints about this?

I would ask if this is the last season for the team Goren/Eames but I guess that if it hasn't been said, it won't be said now. 'Cuff them to the desk if it's necessary, please.

Is post production done in NY or at Universal (Universal City) or elsewhere?
If done at Universal, how is that handled? Meaning, do they fly out the film (pix and sound) or is it sent digitally some way now? Do they wait until shooting is finished for an episode before transporting film/sound or is it sent daily?
Are most of your writers working out of NY or LA?
How long does it take to produce an episode in terms of pre (location scouting, script breakdown, wardrobe, casting), production (the actual shoot) and then post (from last shot finished and in the can to when it is in a state ready to air?
What is the closest to air date have you still been in post? I have heard horror stories of all-nighters, sending pix by satellite from Uni to NY for broadcast that night in terms of other series. Has that ever happened on LOCI or are your episodes shot well in advance?
Do you shoot pretty much straight through except for a short break at Christmas? Or do you have hiatuses after a certain number of episodes?
There was an announcement that Chris Noth is shooting a film this month, how does that work? Are you on hiatus, or did they accomodate his shooting schedule on LOCI?
Is anything done at Universal or is everything done in NY now?
