Give a hearty welcome to Jethro; who will be an additional moderator on our board now. MasterMind and myself think it appropriate to have an additional moderator due to the increasing number of posters and posts. We try to answer all questions and pm's in a timely manner and still keep up with monitoring all the posts on the board. It has become difficult over the past weeks; so we have another partner.
