I thought the interview was nicely done, the interviewer had done their homework or maybe they are just a fan, I think that was reflected by the responses from Mr D, some of which I haven't read before. I wont get into the whole End of Goren discussion because over here in England we're only just getting Season 3 premier so whatever End they come up with its a long time before we will get to see it. I don't watch any of the other L&O shows, I think the last time I watched the original Michael Moriarty was still in the cast. To be honest I nearly snubbed LOCI because it was part of the franchise, (Sorry Mr Wolf) Alas in the real world time is limited and I am pretty brutal when it comes to TV shows, LOCI is one of a very short list of shows that make me tune in. I wasn't excited about Chris Noth's return as Logan, but I was pleasantly surprised by the inclusion of Annabella Sciorra as his partner, her role in The Sopranos (short lived as it was), was great. I also don't consider myself a Super-fan or Fanatic, I have neither the time or psyche to achieve such a title, that's actually why I like this site because there seems to be a distinct lack of that kind of behavior, which in all honesty I find a little scary, but hey whatever floats your boat

that's actually why I like this site because there seems to be a distinct lack of that kind of behavior That is precisely why I like this site. I have been on other sites and there was no room for critizism or disagreements. I rarely posted on the other sites soley becfause I knew I would get flamed for not "bowing down to the alter of CI or VDO". I was at first hesitant here to speak and add to discussion because this is a "fan" board and I was paranoid I would be branded a troll.

No need for a fallout shelter NicoleMarie. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Great article! thanks for posting it.
Everything comes to an end sometime. This is no exception. I'd be happy (I mean sad to see but) if they did kill Goren off. TV can get a bit propostrous about bringing bad supposed-to-be dead characters for few extra high ratings. Such a sell out!
I've liked the show and always set aside time and thought for it. I NEVER do that for any other TV program. I haven't always liked the E/n vs Goren thing which always seemed to me to be too close to NYPD for comfort.

Great article! thanks for posting it. Everything comes to an end sometime. This is no exception. I'd be happy (I mean sad to see but) if they did kill Goren off. Sorry, I am a hopeless romantic....I hope that they let Bobby Goren walk off into the sunset with a woman on his arms....perferably not his mother. For some reasons I have issues there with him being a Mama's Boy. Why? I guess I remember once reading that if a man is a "mama's boy" the wife/partner would always come last in the relationship....and that thought just bothers me about Bobby Goren. Deakins, he is a happily married man. Jamey Sheridan played Randall Flagg the Antichrist in Stephen Kings "The Last Stand" He gave me the mega creeps from that performance. I always shyed away from watching him, in other shows. While watching him in LOCI I have come to appreciate him as an actor. Geeze I am acting like the show is going to finish this season.. I think not oh yeah and thanks DNA

And you are so right, that's what make s this site cool - intelligent discussions about the show, articles, ect. And I have a hard enough time getting my psyche in gear to do the everyday mundane- - like paying the new house note I seem to have acquired yesterday.

Are you a new home ower also? Congrats! Thanks! But now watching Rita heading into the Gulf...I now understand that ominous feeling homeowners get when nature feels like opening a can of whoop-ass. *gulp!*

yah, I do understand NOT wanting to evacuate - But then .... Andrew & others have shown that it is not prudent to stand firm. Are you really new to the new place? Do you get to paint and buy curtains and rugs & stuff? I love that part - do tell. Oh - look at me leading you off on a tanget - if you answer me with all the "nesting" details - better take it to the squad room before we get moved.
