What type of connection are you using, and how fast do our pages/images load for you? We're not doing marketing research, this poll is just to let us know how user friendly our board is. Thanks

It's high speed DSL.
The pages load fast for me. The images threads load fully after about 1 second or so.

I've got a dial up connection and a pretty slow old modem, and this board loads up just fine and dandy for me. The only slow things are the image pages, but that isn't specific to this board, it's just a general slowpoke connection issue.

*sigh* I wish that I could get broadband out here in the middle of no where, but they haven't offered it yet out this way.

I went from dial-up (slow to average) to cable high speed then to DSL from my phone company. The latter two are both pretty fast; I made the switch because DSL cost a lot less.

I have dial up and it behaves pretty good. I have more hassles on other sites than this one.

I hate you all!!! I have dial-up and it's taken me four retry's to post! Doesn't seem to matter which ISP. I have a new Internet tutorial in case I'm doing something wrong, but will also be switching to Cable soon, or my neighbors will have me committed for screaming obscenities every time I get kicked off.

Lilee - it may be the actual wiring in your house - that happened to me before in one I rented ..... the wiring was done well before cable was a sparkle in someone's eye & it just didn't process the signals well - no matter what was done. Do you have some static in your phone line occasionally when you chat? Mine did. It is frustrating, but at least you might know what is going on.
