C, I love the combo of chocolate and PB, if I'm going to eat American chocolate, it needs something to mask all the additives and PB works for me.

Well, mr T. , maybe she doesn´t want to call you Poobah because you could start making polls about dinner:
A. Chicken sandwich B. Pizza leftovers C. That meat cake you made I swore I loved it but I can´t wait to see you leaving the house to give it to the dog. D. I´m not hungry. E. None of the above.

Hee! Nice to know how tolerant Mrs. T is of our nuttiness. Probably a good thing to keep your grip on reality, Techguy. Unless Mrs. T would like to be known as the Power Behind the Poobah...
Spaniard, that's hysterical! Although the response in my family would be "Your legs broke? Get it yourself!" Either that or sniff, sniff "Smells like we're eatin' out." (In case it isn't painfully clear by now, Southern idioms are probably not the best way to learn English. If I get too confusing in my language let me know.)

I understood perfectly well, thank you very much.
My father used to say every single night: "this...isn´t the dinner, right?". One day mom got mad and set a new rule "who doesn´t cook doesn´t give opinions". From that moment we couldn´t say a word and now imagine an actor whose audience can´t complain. Time for experiments. Fortunately the dawn of the new cook era didn´t last long, she got tired of not being able to define what she was eating. Of course a mom never admits her own mistakes, she sacrifices for her children, the fact that she doesn´t like what she cooks doesn´t have anything to do with the change.
Now I cook my own meals and I love it. I admit there is more life in the fridge than in a jungle but I don´t care, I always have room for a new 'pet'.

Catbird, Mrs. T is way cool with the nuttiness. And she already KNOWS she's the Power Behind the Poobah! So we have an unspoken understanding that she doesn't have to call me Poobah, and I don't have to refer to her as The Power Behind...Etcetera, etcetera, etcetera!
Spaniard: YES!!! The more polls the better! Power to the polls!

In the words of someone else "I never met a chocolate I didn't like". Don't know many of those listed in the poll. I love Cadburys, particularly fruit and nut, but anyone who buys me a box of Thornton's Continental is a friend for life!

Welcome to the board, Julieb! As you can tell, we're a fun loving bunch.
Relevance to topic? Umm, I've made the executive decision that there will be hot chocolate on tap for September 19th.
