I'm gonna try and be PITHY, here...... I've been gone so long and realize I don't know many of the episodes by their titles anymore. ( Newer members may have the same dilemma.) As a result, when I read the older post-episode discussion it often takes me a while to figure out which one is being discussed. I know I can refer back to the 'future episode' guide but that takes a bit of searching sometimes.
I know there is a simple list of each season's ep's in order and that helped me see I've missed titles from almost two seasons!
So my question is: 1) Is there a thread I'm missing where the episodes are simply named and described, in order and with no other chatter? 2)If not, is there a way to set something up? I'd thought about adding descriptions to the first post of each post-ep discussion. Something like that.
Or I could get my lazy ass over to the NBC site and read them there, I guess. So much for pithy, I hope I've articulated my quandry more clearly than it is in my tired head!!

The Future Episodes section on this site contains detailed episode information, for each month, as posted by nbcumv based on the original air date. Lilee, I believe that this should better fit your needs. Just click on the episode title for a brief description of that episode. If you require a more detailed storyline, then try here or the NBC site.

IIRC, CM has previously mentioned that threads can not be combined. What does IIRC mean? It's driving me crazy.

I love the images gallery! It's becoming my favourite part of the site. Thank you.
I can see the images as a guest but not when I'm logged in. When I'm logged in I just see this: [images] with no pic. Is this due to that images thingy issue with some sites not allowing me to do it or why might that be? It's no biggie. I just view as guest, get the images id's and then post as a member but I was wondering...

!!
Are you still not using board images? You should have been able to turn them back on as soon as the Cogent/Level 3 spat blew over.

In your Profile, there is an option to be either visible or invisible from other members when you sign online.
If you choose YES, you will appear as being OFFLINE even though you have actually logged on.

Criminal Mastermind, I am a bit older and have never actually participate in a message board. However, since I am such a big CI fan as well as all of the L&O franchises, I thought this would be a good place to start. I have read all of the postings that were about the show being renewed and Jamey Sheridan and Annabelle Siccora (sp?) leaving the show. I think I am fairly comfortable now with the way that people post. My question to you is the following: If I have a question and I can't find the topic under the existing headings, how do I go about asking the question? I read in your FAQs that one should not just jump into the middle of a thread and ask an unrelated question as there is a conversation going on and it is disrespectful to interrupt that. I agree wholeheartedly. I just don't know when to ask a question that isn't already on the message board. In this case, my question is about CI shows coming out on DVD. So, any guidance you can give me will be greatly appreciated. If I have not done this correctly, please feel free to e-mail me and tell me what to do differently. Thanks, Justice lady

I know I read a whole thread on the above subject once, but can't seem to remember where it was. I wanted to go back to it.

[Even though I work on a computer all day, I'm illiterate when it comes to internet stuff, this is the only board I've ever joined, so my questions are very basic and I don't know the proper lingo. I see little expresion faces, happy, sad, wink... what are these called and how can I add them to my replies? as you can see I figured out the emoticons. I haven't got the quote thing quite down. If this post looks weird it's because I'm playing with all the buttons (something I have in common with Goren) I still would like to know how to start a thread. madger

... I still would like to know how to start a thread. Go the appropriate section, i.e. General Discussion, Articles... In the top right corner of this section, you will see "new thread". Just click on that. However, before you do that, check to see if there is an already existing thread for your subject.
