Oooh, Stephen Colbert and Brent Spiner? We be doin' good this week! I have not seen much of "Next Generation" (I'm an original kinda gal), but I have seen enough to like Data. He's done some musical theatre too, I know he was in the new cast of "1776" and my friend said he was in "Sunday in the Park with George" (but I know nothing about that).
Colm Meany could play a bad guy, I'm sure of it. Does anyone know if he really is Irish? I have not seen "Claire Dolan", but I did see Katrin Cartlidge in a recent adaptation of "The CHerry Orchard" (she played the old maid, dour sister Varya who was trying to keep the estate. SHe and Owen Teale, who played Lopakhin, were pretty good together).

Colm Meany could play a bad guy, I'm sure of it. Does anyone know if he really is Irish? According to imdb, CM was born in Dublin. I've seen him in a few other things and he seems to be quite versatile. Besides...Goren can pay him back for beating the crap out of Elton! ;D |

But when a key suspect linked to all the slayings turns up facedown in the river, the cops have to think outside the box to unravel the tangled web and that also could involve a crooked ex-cop (guest star Terry Serpico). Jamey Sheridan and Courtney B. Vance also star.

DEAD WET DOC PULLED INTO DRYDOCK AS DETECTIVES PROBE HER CONTROVERSIAL RESEARCH -- After a neurologist is found poisoned in a pool, Detectives Goren (Vincent D'Onofrio) and Eames (Kathryn Erbe) learn that she was performing research on a woman who's been in a vegetative state for six years -- and evidence points to suspects who include the comatose woman's son, husband (as Mark, guest star TBA) and the victim's young assistant. But the case assumes a new dimension when the investigators discover an embezzled trust fund -- plus the fact that the victim was experimenting with communicating with such vegetative patients. Jamey Sheridan and Courtney B. Vance also star.

My cable is out, so I thought I'd have to hang on until the USA rerun. But my brother-in-law, the one who curses Goren, is actually gonna suck it up and let me watch at their house! Will wonders never cease!
