Here's the posted CI September rerun schedule on USA. Barring any last minute changes:
---CI is back on Saturday nights for September 9, 16, 23, and 30
---The episode titles for September 16 ("On Fire") and 23 ("The Good") suggest they should also be the last Season 5 Tuesday night reruns on NBC, on September 5 and 12 respectively, before the Season 6 premiere "Blind Spot" on September 19
---"Blind Spot" could be the USA "TBA" episode on September 30

News for Canadian members: The Mystery Channel will be airing CI (and SVU) daily, starting on Monday, September 11, 2006. Check your local listings for the times in your area. In BC, CI will air at 2:00PM and 10:00PM. SVU will air right before CI. This is in addition to the daily airings from local stations. Also..............new publicity stills at nbcumv.com. |

alright...last time they went thru the seasons on USA...they did NOT air "pas de deux" (eames' first show back after the baby)...and i wanna see it. it's not on now this time thru either! Actually, it's "Unrequited" well crap..for some reason i thought "pas de deux" was her first epi back..prolly cuz isn' t that the one where at the beginning they find the briefcase in teh garbage...and goren reaches for the tag and almost gives eames a heart attack..and she says "it's so good to be back" (kinda exasperatingly).....or is that from "unrequitted"? anyways..it was the "suicide-by-cop" epi..."pas de duex" that i really want to see again. |

Normally they film at least the first couple episodes in advance, like when they shoot the last few of the previous season. (At least, I think that's how things work.) Although the revolving cast door probably screwed up the routine a bit.
Interesting how they don't say anything about the intro of Logan's new partner, or the ADA in those blurbs.
Regarding "Blindspot": Martha Plimpton was previously in an episode of SVU, "Denial". A junkie who was raped, only they caught the perp early. Most of the episode centered on Fin's rapport with her as they tried to find out what happened to her little sister years ago. (Mary Steenburgen played her witch of a mother.) I was impressed with her. But as the "daughter of Goren's mentor", oh lord, they're not gonna turn her into the Marion/Indiana Jones former love rekindled in times of stress are they? Why do I get a sneaking suspicion she'll be there to comfort Goren when Eames is in danger?
I simply reiterate again that if/when UO returns (Nooooooooo!), I call the polls. I trust the Poobah's generous dispensation still holds?
