Welcome, Muse. Be sure to post those opinions. Without new episodes airing, we look forward to discussions in some of the other areas. Fore example, you could let us know how you feel about Nicole Wallace? Maybe on the "Frame" thread? Just a thought.

Be happy to! Better to post in the Episode Discussion forum or General Thoughts forum?
I've been a fan of the original L&O series since the days of D.A. Ben Stone, and I'm particularly interested in the comments I've been reading in the Episode Discussions of those who aren't particularly pleased with the newer trend of CI to bring in personal elements of the characters. Although the subtly of the character growth and the focus on plots were strengths of the original, I'm finding myself a lot more personally invested in the CI characters - I rarely re-watch L&O eps if I can remember "who done it", but with CI I'm rewatching the newer episodes over and over specifically because of the character-based plotlines. I'm getting the feeling that puts me in the minority on this board...

Welcome Muse! Not sure about the minority, but you're absolutely not alone! Mind you, I'm one of those people who can be given any episode to watch and I'll be happy as a piggy in you-know-what. However, I have been known to skip parts of Nicole episodes......

Ah - I'm actually rewatching just the one-on-one scenes with Nicole in "Anti-Thesis" and "A Person of Interest" - I didn't care for her the first time I saw her, but after a few repeat viewings I've decided that they play beautifully off each other, when it's just the two of them. The looks he gives her - chilling and enthralling - a combination of fascination and disgust.

Be happy to! Better to post in the Episode Discussion forum or General Thoughts forum? Either way. There is a newish thread under General Discussion called "Is Nicole Wallace Really Dead?" You could talk there, and of course it doesn't have to just be about whether she's alive or dead. I do enjoy the character driven episodes. I'm just hoping that Bobby gains more energy & snap this season. ;D
