Kathryn Erbe was nominated for a Satellite Award as Best Actress in a Drama Series by the International Press Academy! Winners will be announced on December 14th. Other nominees are Anna Paquin (True Blood), Holly Hunter (Saving Grace), Glenn Close (Damages), Sally Field (Brothers and Sisters), and Kyra Sedgwick (The Closer).

Woot! Does this get broadcasted on TV, or not? And thanks for the update. Erbe really deserves this, she is an amzing actress that is highly underappreciated.

I like January Jones, she deserves the nomination. I don't watch the other shows on a regular basis, so I can't say. Mariska again? I guess all of that overemoting is paying off.

Burns my butt that Kathryn isn't nominated for the Golden Globes or the Emmy's. She should have gotten an Emmy for "Blind Spot" and that scene in "Purgatory" when she let fly on Bobby was some of the most astounding expression of emotion I've seen her do on CI.

I most definitely agree. I love Mariska Hargitay, but I think it would be awesome to see Kathryn Erbe or Vincent D'Onofrio on that list. They deserve it so much. They are both incredible actors that are highly over-looked.
