The reelvincentd'onofrio site has some new photos of Mr. D'Onofrio out and about in his neighborhood. I'm happy to report the curls are back.

Hate to say that those photos look pretty old, like November. In December (Utah Rib City) his hair was very short. Can't see curls like those growing in such a short time. Reel VDO Photos

In December (Utah Rib City) his hair was very short. Can't see curls like those growing in such a short time. Too bad... Wouldn't you just love to run your fingers through those curls?? *sorry, I've spent the last 2 days with fever in a kind of "delirium" - I guess my brain's still wired a little odd...* Anyway, I just like the curls a lot...

What looks to be a new sighting (February 8, 2009) of VDO & Elias in the Soho area of Manhattan. Compliments of The Reel: The Reel Photo Of VDO & EliasI must say that Vincent looks slimmer. And the striped sweater & grey denim jacket is a nice look for him. I'm glad that he is giving the black blazer a rest.

Aw, thanks for posting DonnaJo. He does look better *imhumbleo* Casual wear - nice I'm surprised - no beard... Still miss those curls... Edit: Come to think of it - is it currently really that warm in NYC? As indicated, they're probably just waiting for someone, but their dress seems to be off for the middle of winter... ... or maybe it's because I have been shoveling too much heavy wet snow for the last week

Tjara, the weather here in New York is crazy, lately! Today it's freezing out, with wind chill factors in the teens. On that day (February 8th) it was in the 50's - a beautiful day. And I think VDO, being a big guy, doesn't like wearing a heavy coat in the car. And unlike me, who is always cold, he's probably always on the warm side.

Thanks for the input, DonnaJo. I guessed something along those lines...
I don't like wearing coats when driving either, especially on longer trips (30 minutes plus). Firstly, I heat the car and if I wear a coat I get warm - an since it's not a good idea to take off your coat while driving, and I'm too lazy to stop, I just won't drive without the coat...
Secondly, it's a safety risk, especially if you wear one of the big puffy coats like down jackets (combine that with a small person and it's even more dangerous). In the case of an accident, you might actually slip out of your coat and safety belt. I was taught that when I took my theroteical classes for my driver's licenese and I never quite believed it, until my brother, who worked as a paramedic, encountered such a case.
Whoops. Sorry. Trailed off. Gotta get all dressed now and take out the dogs in this rain-snow mix (yikes!). Wish we had the nice weather in the picture...
