I received some additional information via email: "I've done a little more thinking on this and I'm about to do another video about nominations and such promoting the "site" for the awards and such and I've decided to let the nominations go through the end of March with voting going up the first week or two of April. "

Btw... the German credits are still there. I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND YOUTUBE. Sorry, needed to vent. Sorry, I've been out all afternoon tjara! Um, lots of us don't understand YouTube..... or how they find vids with their video-match or audio-match for copyright. You can still see scenes of many minutes of an episode on YouTube. You can still find whole songs with just a picture of the band on YouTube. (when I spend 20-40 hours per vid and they block mine!) You can see opening credits.... but they might have been on there awhile and they're more carefully screening new uploads. They sure caught Save You right away even with the introduction.... I think the music industry should set up some way for people to view fanvids by the vidmaker paying a fee or the viewer paying a fee. Just as little as 10cents per view would have made them a pile of money on my vids alone. I'm not sure I could afford 10 cents per view, maybe 1 cent..... Then put a link right beside the vid for buying a good quality version of the song (which I've tried to do on my blog with Amazon links - the irony is that I can't download the songs from Amazon because I'm not in the US - I get my music from iTunes -so much fun for 99cents- but I don't think they have nice link system like Amazon) Okay, off my soapbox.

Sorry to be hijacking this thread...
But it really doesn't make sense! I mean why would they not let me post the Season 7 Opening Credits taped from an Austrian TV Station (I think they're identical to the US credits) - but they have no trouble with me posting the German Season 6 opening credits? The music is still the same, so if they checked for the music, that should've been caught. It hasn't thus far, and they caught the other one within minutes...
Similarily, YouToube did not object to me posting parts of eps for the goofs. Why would that be more legal than the other stuff?
Last I checked you could watch 2-3 complete eps.
Exactly!
Yeah, there should be a way to figure that one out... or those people with Copyrighted material posted paying a small fee to YT which in turn could pay the companies...

Last I checked you could watch 2-3 complete eps. But there is supposedly a 1Gbyte and 10 minute max..... How do they do that??? (which reminds me my earlier vids had to be avi files and they were 700Mb and took 6 hours to upload - they tend to be very good quality to view full screen..... Surprise.) Wonders never cease...... I did notice Mr. Welles was considerably longer than usual YouTube videos.....

SusanThe eps are posted in parts so they don't exceed any limits.

Thanks so much! I guess Eames and I are forever bonded! Poor girl. I didn't do her justice, it was my first editing attempt with Sony Vegas. I found another link - I think they needed more people voting! community.livejournal.com/ci_musicvideos/17260.htmlIt's very cool that Hallelujah came in just behind Magra's Glittering Cloud. Sorry Annabelleleigh! It was close! But I think Glittering Cloud is brilliant. In fact, I'm off to watch it now.

If she ever decided to do it again, I hope many more people participate! It was fun and I did get to see many really, really God videos - not just the nominees, but the related vids of the nominees... there was vids I'd never seen before, I don't seem to be putting the right queries into YT.

I wonder when Robert Goren will arrive in the mail? He was the prize, wasn't he?
