Dare I say it? Have we gotten back our Goren?
A standing ovation for script writer (and L&O franchise veteran) Michael J. Chernuchin. Encore!

A resounding A+. A cleverly written, well-acted episode that combines a great crime storyline with personal information that finally centers on Eames & not Goren. Annabelle, I think we can safely assume that VDO and the writers have indeed placed Goren on a road back to his former self. Finally! Too bad we still have one or two earlier episodes to deal with, like the season finale which was filmed in the Fall.

I mentioned my reservations about the psycho obsessed with Eames plot and the holes in that plot. But the Eames/Goren story was wonderful. I'd love to give the plot a "B" and the Eames/Goren story an "A+", so I'll split the difference on an "A".

Well, I gave it an A+. The old Goren is back and it is a shame it took this far into the season for him to show up.

Plot holes? Too busy gawking at Goren to notice plot holes. ;D

The definitive Rorschach test of "Are they or aren't they?" Some see it. Some don't. The most fun I've had this season.

I'm not necessarily a shipper, but I confess that at the last episode I'd love to see Goren and Eames quietly resign, walk to the elevator together, and then passionately embrace and kiss as the doors close (g).

A+ on all counts! And I agree, Patcat. I'm not a shipper (nor anti-shipper - Suzanne has praised me for my fence-sitting!) but I think if there is to be any resolution at all, it should come in the series finale. Nothing definite should ever happen before then.

Patcat You have become my favorite person of the day I had to give this one an A+ because it was nice to see Goren up and lively. There were a few things I was a little unsure about (I keep asking what the point of them showing him stealing her underwear is...) It was also nice to see the softer, more vulnerable side to Eames. She can still be a cop and a woman. I am all for Eames backstory ;D
