Thanks MJ! Good background info. I think this will be my favorite "new" show when LOCI is really over. My husband gets annoyed when we watch it because I'm always pointing out the guest stars: " that's Nelda! that's Rodgers! that's the creepy guy from "shibboleth" and "Broad Channel", that's Megan/Doreen/Lena, that's Kathryn Erbe's ex!" etc........... ( why do I remember all this, but can't remember to take the chicken out of the freezer? )

You must mean cake as in beef. I like the condom scene too.

Nope - it's the upside down pineapple cake.
I laughed at that scene to when he opened the drawer and then confronted her. I thought -oops -how is she going to get out of that - but very nicely indeed.

Right!
I thought she should have let the kid keep his condoms. She should be glad he is using them!

Peabody AwardsThe 70th annual Peabody Awards, recognizing the best in electronic media, unveiled a record 39 recipients today, with broadcast network show... The Good Wife (CBS) In this densely layered dramatic series, the dutiful wife of a disgraced politician resumes her legal career and finds satisfaction, self-worth and moral quandaries of her own. and my current favourite - Sherlock: A Study in Pink (PBS) The venerable Victorian sleuth is audaciously updated for our high-tech times, and the game is afoot all the quicker. www.deadline.com/2011/03/good-wife-men-of-a-certain-age-among-peabody-winners/

WARNING! GOOD WIFE FINAL EP SPOILER!
From TWOP(Season Finale) Best: The Good Wife The most fun we've seen on elevators since the early seasons of Grey's Anatomy, we were completely charmed as Alicia and Will flirted at a hotel bar, tried to coyly get a room for an hour at a fancy establishment, enjoyed an elevator make-out session and then fumbled with their room key. It was a fantastic way to get these two together instead of having some big romantic evening. The clumsiness was a big plus, and with everything going on with Peter possibly running for governor and how that will alter Alicia's divorce plans, it was a relief that the whole season didn't end on an angsty moment. I agree it was good, but even though Peter is a jerk, it is hard to believe she would kick this out of bed for that!(In TV land! I'm not really that shallow in RL!)Maherjunkie- Re: picture of Chris Noth, "You're welcome!" ;D

I tend not to watch The Good Wife because Peter is the jerk in the equation and in my TV world, I can't NOT root for Chris Noth, lol.

I think the tables will turn and SHE will be the jerk. Just think of him as flawed until then.

My sister loves that show and she so wants Alicia with Will. I'm torn...because I know that the show really was supposed to be a vehicle for the Alicia character...but Peter has a huge following these days!
