Could Sex and the City's Mr Big be heading to the West End? Actor Chris Noth - better known as Carrie Bradshaw's on-off lover Mr Big in the hit US show Sex and the City - may be making his West End acting debut in the foreseeable future, according to industry speculation. Noth, who is also known to viewers as detective Mike Logan on Law & Order: Criminal Intent, is said to be in preliminary talks to tread the boards of the capitals theatreland, according to What's on Stage. The actor made an appearance as an emcee for An Evening with Ronnie Wood at the West End's Ambassadors Theatre on Tuesday October 19th, fuelling speculation that he may be gearing up for a more substantial role in the West End in the future. The success of the Sex and the City television series and the two spin-off big screen films have increased Noth's fanbase - notably among women - so his appearance on the London stage may well be enthusiastically received. British-born Sex and the City actress Kim Cattrall recently revealed that she thoroughly enjoyed her role in the West End production of Noel Coward's Private Lives, although the fight scenes did leave her covered with bruises. www.uktheatretickets.co.uk/article/800127330/Could-Sex-and-the-City's-Mr-Big-be-heading-to-the-West-End
