So, what's the general plot or mystery? (I love the fact that "Catbird's Mama" is now getting reccomendations! I'll have to pass those on.)
Problem here in the states is that our BBC imports tend to be limited to PBS: "Masterpiece Theatre" miniseries, popular sitcoms like "Keeping Up Appearances" and "Mystery!". (I don't know about BBC America, except that it costs extra.) Older shows and TV movies from the UK are hard to track down, especially in chain rentals like Blockbuster and Hollywood Video. Netflix looks really promising, but limited income, plus my university has had problems with mail getting stolen. I sure don't want to pay for lost DVDs.

Have you checked your local library? Some libraries will order PBS or UK titles because they are titles that can not be found in most of the video stores. I was able to find some Cracker episodes that way.
As for Moor, I looked on Amazon but they did not have it available so I will look for it in the TV listings each month. I have enjoyed the Barbara Vine or Ruth Rendall TV movies and even have liked the Inspector Wexford mysteries so I probably would enjoy this one as well.
I just remembered another cable channel that now airs UK shows : AMC, it airs a UK show called Hustle.

Three other Ruth Rendell mysteries are on the same DVD set with Master of the Moor.
