Scenes From a Hat! Living Scenery! Props! World's Worst Dating Service Video! Party Quirks! Weird Newscasters! Greatest Hits! Sound Effects! Hoedown! Irish Drinking Song! Questionable Impressions!
Have you seen the original British version on BBC or only the US version with Drew Carey? Did you see the show with Richard Simmons? Robin Williams? Hugh Hefner?
Do you have any DVDs? I have the uncensored Season 1 Vol. 1 US version. I might go for DVDs of some of the UK shows.
Ryan Stiles and Colin Mochrie are my favorite improv regulars.
My top three guest improvisers: Greg Proops, Brad Sherwood, Kathy Greenwood

Ahhhh, party quirks!!! I never really watched the US version much (though it did make me love Wayne Brady), but I was obssessed with the UK version. One of my best friends and I went through a crazed "Whose Line is it Anyway?" phase back in the day. I would go to her house and we would watch the UK version on cable. I had a very intense crush on Tony Slattery

I'm a huge fan of the British versions of Whose Line is it Anyway and Just a Minute. They do stream the radio version of just a minute on the BBC Radio 7 website on Wednesdays.

I have great memories of one episode of the British version with Peter Cook (who I believe really did come from another universe) and Stephen Fry.

Wow Techguy! Yep, I have season one uncensored and I have seen the UK version! But, my favorite is Wayne, I love them all though!
The Richard Simmons episode is my favorite! OMG it was hysterical!!!
I watch it all the time! Haha its wonderful!
Comes in handy too, I'm in theatre classes and we play those games a lot. Especially the questions only game and the newscaster ;D
I can only see the British version when I'm over a friends because I don't have digital cable, but from what I've seen I like the US version better, but it may be just because I'm used to it.

I used to watch this show all the time!
The Robin Williams episode is up on YouTube (I had to look it up after reading this...) - my God, he is so off the wall and it is absolutely hilarious. I thought that Whoopi Goldberg did an excellent job as well!
I wish I could think that fast on my feet and be funny!

Oh man, Blair Witch Project...*shakes head*...but yes, mocking it was great! I loved the song that him and Wayne sang to the air traffic controller... Holly, I'm so glad that you liked it and that you had a great time (although I did not doubt that you would enjoy it - I have met very few people who didn't think it was amazing...)! It really is an experience, I agree !

The show is great, Colin Mockery was my fav. Plus it helped that he was Canadian. But I always thought he was the funniest of the regulars. I never liked the segments where they sang. Anyone watch the new version of this show? I hear it's not as funny.

I lost track of this show--what's the "new" version? Is Drew Carey moving on now that he's taking over "The Price Is Right" from Bob Barker?
