Maybe I didn't look carefully because I didn't see CSI: Maimi.....I'm guessing not many people are big fans here.
I like Miami because of the action, lots of shooting in this one.
Caruso's Horatio caine annoyed me a little, but I've grown to like him (Even though he doesn't do any work anymore, anyone know why??). Calligh, Delko, Ryan, Woods, Tripp and Vista are all good characters too.
Plus everyone in Miami is soooo gorgeous, both guys and girls. They all look like supermodels. What do you guys think?

I can take CSI Miami or leave it, Horatio Caine annoys the hell out of me. But I love the supporting cast. I watch it when nothing else is on, Also the way the crime test are shot with multiple screens shots annoys me also, but the supporting cast is great, Less of Caine and less of those special shots of lab test would make it a better show.

I had originally started with watching CSI but then watched CSI Miami and got a little hooked with both. I kind of lost interest when they killed off Rory Cochrane. I really liked him. He underplayed his role (not to the extreme of David Caruso). The ME is annoying.....Love Grissom!

Agreed ragincagun, that's also one of the things that annoys me about CSI: Miami, they decided to use it as a testing ground for special shots and effects.
Nearly every episode you see, there's some new thing that they've decided to experiment with, whether it's drowning the screen in black and white, or sliding certain scenes across the screen or splitting the screen in three when they're having a conversation. They've also ripped off 'Man on Fire' in putting up flashy subtitles even though the characters are speaking in english....actually a lot of those special shots were used in 'Man on Fire'.
But on another point, there is less of Caine. You only see him when he needs to question someone, when a action scene is coming up, or sometimes in the labs. Otherwise, it's everyone else. He use to be in the whole ep back in season 1 and 2, doing lab work and everything. Now he just stands around looking cool. Guess that's how Caruso wants Caine to be.
Diablo, I agree, Rory Cochrane was good as Speedle, but there were times when he was bland and uninteresting, his voice can be very monotone. lol. I can put up with Alexx and yes, I like Grissom too.

I read somewhere that Rory Cochrane became bored with the role after the first season and wanted to be let go. He said something about the daily grind of a series affected his acting. Perhaps that attitude with the role made his acting even more bland and made it more difficult for him to put more umph in the scene. I do miss him.
