There is a game featuring several stars from the original show ("the mothership" I saw it called somewhere). Jerry Orbach is the most prominent actor involved with it. There's a long ad for it on the first DVD of the first season collection of the LOCI DVD collections, and I was really annoyed with it until I figured out how to bypass it (I'm somewhat technically challenged.) I understand these games can be fairly lucrative for the actors for not a lot of work. Not that I begrudge Mr. D'Onofrio, particularly if it lets him do the kind of work he wants to do. Pat

another article with a little more on the details of the game.
Anyone here planning to buy it? I can't see myself playing it. I can barely keep up with what I have to now ..... not much time to play with extras. ===================
Gamers.com: News: New Law & Order Games Coming to the PC By: Mike Meikle April 14, 2004 10:41 PM PDT "Law & Order" has been a smash hit TV series for quite some time and it's going on its 14th season. Legacy Interactive looks to capitalize on this success by adding two new Law & Order PC games to its lineup. Legacy has two previous Law & Order games under its belt; Law & Order II: Double or Nothing and Law & Order: Dead on the Money.
Law & Order: Justice is Served will be the first game out of the hopper for fall 2004. The title will serve up Detectives Lennie Briscoe (Jerry Orbach), Edward Green (Jesse L. Martin) and Assistant District Attorney Serena Southerlyn (Elisabeth R??hm). Tennis personality, Patrick McEnroe, as himself, will also be featured.
The plot in Law & Order: Justice is Served revolves around the murder of tennis prodigy Elena Kusarova. Her body is discovered the day before the beginning of the U.S. Open. Gamers will have to inspect the crime scene, analyze clues, solve puzzles and interrogate and arrest suspects. Players will then have to work with Assistant District Attorney Serena Southerlyn in putting together the case against a suspect in order to convince the jury of the suspect's guilt.
Law & Order: Justice is Served will feature a new interface from previous Law & Order games, more locations and more numerous character interactions. The game will also include unlockable bonus content featuring actors from the show.
Law & Order: Criminal Intent deals with the exploits of Detective Robert Goren (Vincent D'Onofrio). The game takes the player through multiple cases where they will have to analyze crime scenes, uncover evidence and conduct interviews with witnesses and potential suspects.
The game itself is set in the third-person perspective and will feature a new twist to the suspect interview process. This will assist players in building a criminal profile of the suspect that will aid the player in cracking the case.
Law & Order: Criminal Intent is currently slated to ship in Q1 2005.
