His Mother and Father divorced, there were two biological sisters and Vincent in that family. His Mother later met George (his step dad), that is where his step sister and step brother came into it. I thought that was common knowledge to everybody that was a fan!

I thought that was common knowledge to everybody that was a fan! I knew about George's family and that George passed away. Do you know what happened to the step sister who passed away? Fuzzy, check out some of the older interviews with VDO that are on this site. You'll find some good info there.

Yes, thanks for the clips! He seemed very engaged and interested in this interview. And I like the way he tried to stay in the background when his sister was cooking.

It was cute when Nicea said, "notice how Vincent said thank you when the ladies said i love you Vincent, he didnt say i love you back" Angie asked him how Carin feels when woman cat call, he said said Carin is ok with it, but depends how far they go. Oh dear, suppose it goes with being married to a 'celebrity'!

And when he mentioned that the very next morning he was scheduled for a 6:00am film shoot, I thought.. Thank God...that's why he has his hair that way? I hope that's the reason. That's about the umpteenth time we've used that rationalisation, DJ ;D ;D ;D VDO's frumpishness/weight/bad hair day is always about his ART. Baloney, I say. How many movies have we seen him in lately where the part calls for three years of dumpy build-up? How many movies have we seen him lately, period? Less dump, less frump, more jobs offers, maybe. And where is it written in any script that he has to appear in public looking like Bluto? Yeah, I know he was meeting and greeting the lumpenproles, but those horizontal stripes blended too well with the local fashions. This whole Utah gig depressed me. Yes, it's great that he's helping his sister to promote her business ( he could have written a $5000 check for those charity in six seconds, but he put in the effort), but there are , or should be, boundaries. No way does an actor of this calibre sit around while an ersatz-The View bunch of Big Love ladies gush over the family values of Candy Day. Just sickening, the whole damn thing. You missed nothing with the video of the cooking session, DJ. Toni Jorgensen makes no pretense about not being much of a cook, and the show's crew did nothing to change anyone's mind. Worst food prep - looked like some six-year had been let loose in the kitchen - and no inofrmation. And VDO looked like a dork, with nothing to do except stand there. PS re the sweet potato fries: Do NOT spray your vegetables with cooking oil and bake. They will only make your dentist happy when he bills you for new crowns. Heat your oil in a deep fryer or a frying pan until the oil is as hot as it can be without smoking. Then plunge in your vegetables ) and cook quickly. Very little oil - almost none - will get into the food, and the result will be superior. Simple. Someone should have mentioned this. Too busy hot-glueing googly eyes on the craft reindeer segment, maybe.

Does anyone here recall a recent appearance where the man looked good?? Some valiant soul will, Diab But serious sadness ensues. The VDO we just saw is the Goren we're going to get in the first four G/E eps of S8. So even now, months away from the actual S8 launch, half the G/E episodes are irredeemable, if it's Classic Goren one had hoped for.

Oh dear, suppose it goes with being married to a 'celebrity'! Well of course, it is after all her husband, and she has her new son Luca with him too. I would say both male and female celeb partners would expect the fandom gushing, but they must love it when their other half comes home to them, away from all of the crazy life it brings

Does anyone here recall a recent appearance where the man looked good?? Very recent? No. The last time I thought he looked good in a live appearance was around this time last year (or was it two?) during the "Today" show appearances live on the plaza. As far as VDO's discretion when it comes to his wife's feelings about other women, he had better. He knows how lucky he is that she let bygones be bygones. Rumor was that their legal separation from 2004-2005 was due (in part) to VDO's dalliances with other women. I can't site you direct proof, but there was enough out there at the time to justify that theory. No matter. He was given a chance to redeem himself and get his family back, and he knows it and appreciates it. It wasn't surprising that shortly after the decision to reconcile they were expecting little Luca. Couples do that.

Sorry DJ, but i don`t think it appropriate to blurt out those accusations of Vincent`s personal life. We don`t know anything about the reason for the separation/divorce between Carin and Vincent. Certainly not gossip/rumors from the net to justify that reasoning, only Vincent and Carin know that very personal part of their life

I'm NOT going to bite on this one, people FT--don't be afraid to post your opinion. It is the reason all of us are here. We will all read and think about your post. When we comment on it some will agree and some not but that is in NO way meant to silence you or attack you personally. Now get back on that keyboard and POST!!!! LOL
