I gave it an A. I thought the teaser wasn't written too well. No flashbacks PLEASE. To be honest, the first half of the episode bored me. But the second half and the interrogation more than made up for it.

Another episode where I wished we could give minuses and pluses. I saw it as an A-/B+.

I've given this episode an A as I was pleasantly surprised. At first I thought, oh no, not another abuse storyline. Nevertheless, it was sad but not in the mawkish sense. I think that was down to the actors who were far superior to the script they were given.
Eames more than delivered in this episode.

Like Patcat, I'm giving it an A, but it's really an A-. I would have just preferred Goren being just a bit more emotional during the aria.
An F? I can't see it being all that bad? Well, to each his own.

I gave it a C....it's a compromise vote. This story could have easily been an A+ in the right hands, but the poorly put together delivery of it gets an F (mind you, other episodes have been worse but this one really peeved me extra because the story and main character had such promise).

Another silent F ...
After careful consideration, I gave it a B. I think that, for all the things we learn about Tommy's smarts to be true, he shouldn't have been so easy to trace and nab.
The Victor Lustig thing keeps coming back to me. I think it would have been more interesting if Tommy had used more names like that -- other con-men, other eastern European's, other supposed or disinherited royals. That would also have opened the landscape for him to prey on women outside of Princeton grads. What a narrow little pool that must be, considering age, income, marrital status, and the ability to pull one over on them.

I give it an A overall, though that rickety-rattling camera during the chase gets a D. I liked the story, and I liked how it was developed. We saw a whole lot more of the criminal and his "intent" played out in the aftermath of his crime. Very well done. I'm only going to mention the curls one more teensy-weensy time. . . Okay, I'm probably going to eat those words later anyway.

other supposed or disinherited royals. LOL, don't worry Trisha, there's still enough people of "royal" descent around here, neither disinherited nor anything else, but there's still these names that you "just know".
