Hello!

I'm new, too. I live in Pennsylvania. I enjoy the show, and have been a L&O fan since the beginning, although I get a tired of the formulas after the third or fourth season. I like Criminal Intent the best, and I think "Mr" D'Onofrio does a great job. I hope, based on what I've read on this board, the character changes in Goren will stimulate the actor's performance.

I have only seen the first 2-3 seasons as I don't have cable. To watch it, I rent the DVDs. Local video stores don't seem to have the seasons four and five.

I've seen him in films, and I recommend them if you're a fan of his. The Whole Wide World is one of the best. Rene Zellweger is also in it, and I really like her, too. She credited Vincent D'Onofrio with teaching her how to act while she worked with him during this film.

Some other films I like of his are: Happy Accidents (with Marisa Tomei), Spanish Judges, Men In Black, and on TV in The Equalizer as "Davey".

I have to second the sentiment that this change of header is awesome. Firstly, it hit me in the eye as being fresh and new, then the message behind it made me feel proud that fans want to stand up and be counted for the writers.

Yes, I had a little fun with my graphics program this morning. Mikey's Angels has actually been sitting in my hard drive for a few weeks now. I wasn't sure it was good enough for public debut the last time I looked at it. I came across it this morning while "shopping" Wheeler into the header and decided to share.

About Wheeler in the header, I spent at least an hour trying to get her coloring right, and finally gave up. I'm no good with "colorize." If anyone of our graphics geniuses would like to have a go, I'd love to make the header a joint effort.

And if anyone has a banner or such of their own that they would like to see hovering over our boards, please share!
