According to two listings on ebay, the CI episodes submitted for 2004 Emmy consideration are:

Thanks for the info, Nikki I think Pas De Duex is a good choice, but Conscience? Shirley there have been better episodes than that. Who selects these?

Frankly, I agree with you.
Conscience just doesn't make it up there.

I think the strongest episode of the season was "A Murderer Among Us." But I wondered if they would go with it since it had Bishop instead of Eames, and it might be considered a slap in the face to Erbe to submit that one. They have really increased Eames' role this season, and I think they've done a good job.
"Conscience" is a well-balanced episode. It doesn't have "too much Goren" (which I don't think is possible, BTW). Since people who don't watch the show regularly seem to think that D'Onofrio overacts, maybe it's smart to submit episodes where he won't be miscontrued.

"Pas de Deux" made it? Incredible. As big a fan of ballroom dance, Argentine Tango, "Naked Tango" and LOCI as I am, I don't think the plot held together to be good enough for Emmy consideration.
Darmok - I understand what you mean about "Conscience" - it's a good mystery and not too "fruity-cakey" so it might appeal to a greater audience. There is also more involvement from Carver.
My votes would be "Murderer Among Us", "But Not Forgotten", "Unrequited", and "F.P.S.". "Fico di Capo" is good too, but may have come in too late for voting.

My votes would be for Shrink Wrapped and Sound Bodies.
