Thanks, DNA. Interesting that our show beat such "hotties" as "The Office" and "My Name is Earl." But, number 4 just makes me physically ILL!

Look at it this way, DH lost viewers this year. I don't watch the show, but I 'm glad to see its losing viewers. Some of the rankings were shocking. I didn't realize the mothership was getting higher ratings than CI, as does Medium. Ouch. I'm hoping with the new night and being paired with SVU, Criminal Intent will come back up.

I have to say, though, that I'm surprised at some of the other choices NBC has made wrt scheduling and what not. For example, ER lost about 25% of their viewers in the important demographic group, if I'm understanding the listing correctly. Yet they're keeping it on their original night. That tells me they're hoping the shows leading up to it helps the ratings. If they're thinking along those lines, I expect the ratings of both CI and SVU to go up next year.

OK, now I am confused! I thought that CI was going to be on Fridays now and that SVU was going to stay on Tuesday night. It looks from your post like CI and SVU are going to be together. Is that correct? Are they both going to be on Friday nights or did I miss something in the final releases of the new season? Help!!!

NBC "revamped" their schedule again...They move CI to Tuesday nights at 9pm right before SVU...

I watched Desperate Housewives once because they said it was 'women as never seen before' and I was curious and after watching it I thought 'women as never seen again'. One episode was more than enough to know it was a bad show and I´m not the kind of person that judges the show by the pilot (I didn´t like LOCI 'One', imagine if I had judged LOCI book by its cover). I even gave DH a second chance and a third and of course I´ve seen worse shows but I don´t think this one deserves a 4.

And NCIS before CSI:NY? please. Maybe I´m the only one that likes CSI:NY more than the previous two shows (I really hate Horatio) but even if you don´t really like it, it is still better than NCIS. I wonder what kind of people are used to measure the ratings.

I am so happy to know that they will be on back to back-- will be great for our show--although i thought that SUV was higher up also- since they all brag on it so much-- it should be the highest ranked show becuase they advertise SUV to the highest-----the mothership is advertised pretty good-- but i do NOT see any LOCI commercials etc like we should out there---- unless it is on the day that an eppy will play- now they do good on USA or bravo-- but NBC does NOT advertise LOCI like the ought to

Ratings for L&O:CI for July 9 were almost up to first run episodes.

"At 9 p.m. ET, an encore "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" (2.6/7 in 18-49, 8.9 million viewers overall) was a strong #2 in adults 18-49, and was #1 in adults 25-54, total viewers and other key measures. This was a 63 percent increase in 18-49 versus the prior week (2.6 vs. 1.6) and was the highest-rated "Criminal Intent" since the series fifth-season finale on May 14. At 10 p.m., an encore "Crossing Jordan" (2.1/6 in 18-49, 7.4 million viewers overall) was up 40 percent in 18-49 versus the prior week (2.1 vs. 1.5), delivering its highest 18-49 results since the show's fifth-season finale on May 7.
