SHRINK-WRAPPED
DETECTIVES HEAD INTO PSYCHOLOGICAL 'DYSFUNCTION JUNCTION' WHEN MUSICIAN IS MURDERED -- Detectives Goren (Vincent D'Onofrio) and Eames (Kathryn Erbe) delve into the murder of a young musician who was romantically linked to his married psychiatrist (as Eloise, guest star TBA) and they focus on her psychologist-husband (as Graham, guest star TBA) -- but they discover the head-shrink couple are obsessed by playing dangerous mind games with each other. Knowing that acid was used on the victim's face further bolsters the Major Case squad's theory that the slaying was personal, and the key could be the pair's adult daughter (as Camilla, guest star TBA) who grew up as her parents' referee. Jamey Sheridan and Courtney B. Vance also star.

Am I the only person in America who didn't like "Schoolhouse Rock"? If anybody is a fan of Johnny Bravo they had an episode where the same narrator was trying to teach Johnny how to treat the ladies with respect, I was falling on the floor. But one has to admire that clever turn of phrase.

You know, you can buy the whole set of school house rock on the web.
I loved school house rock, and all those silly food songs that used to come on with them like....
"I hanker for a hunk of cheese"
and
"Beans and rice are nice"

THE SAINT March 14, 2004 at 9:00PM
CAMPAIGN FOR SAINTHOOD RESULTS IN MURDER AND DECEIT; STEPHEN COLBERT ('THE DAILY SHOW') GUEST-STARS -- Detectives Goren (Vincent D'Onofrio) and Eames (Kathryn Erbe) probe the murder of an elderly woman who was poisoned by an anonymous package and set their sights on a crafty forger (guest star Stephen Colbert, "The Daily Show") whose expertise is needed by a local church to verify documents proving the sainthood of 19th-century healer named Brother Jerome. But the investigators uncover a trail of conflicting old letters that could complicate the church's expensive campaign to canonize Jerome -- and they ponder how official sainthood can require a small fortune and human lives. Jamey Sheridan and Courtney B. Vance also star.

Wow! Two new episodes! Is this the guy from the daily show who wears glasses? He does some commercials, too. Anyone from that show will be fun to watch with our Goren and Eames!

Yep, that's the guy. I love his Mr. Goodwrench commercials, and I hope he brings some of that snark to loci

Just found out from TVGuide.Com that Brent Spiner (Data of Star Trek:Next Generation fame) is going to star as the husband. He is wickedly funny!! If this episode is scripted right this has the potential to be great stuff.
TVGUIDE.COM: March 7: Shrink-Wrapped: After a Juilliard student is killed, Goren focuses on the musician's shrink (Margaret Colin) and the mind games that she plays with her psychologist spouse (Brent Spiner).

Dom, yes - he has a great way of delivering some great and very dry humor. That should be a real treat!

Thanks Dom...I thought it looked like him in the preview. Data is my favourite from the TNG cast. I'm always happy to see him. He was good playing the evil one, Lore. ... Data without the yellow makeup. ;D Now if they would bring in Chief O'Brien!

Could you really see Colm Meany as a bad guy?

Could you really see Colm Meany as a bad guy? Actually, Colm Meany can play a NASTY bad guy with a capital "N". He played the role of the pimp Rowland Cain in "Claire Dolan" opposite Vincent D'Onofrio as Elton. I highly recommend the movie, which also stars the late Katrin Cartlidge as Claire. The subject matter can be bleak and difficult to watch at times (prostitution, rape) but I think it's worth it if you like D'Onofrio films and indie films in general. D.
