MURDERED SISTERS HAVE DETECTIVES PROBING SCARY CLAIMS OF VOODOO FROM CROOKED NURSE -- Two sisters found wrapped in plastic "cocoons" and asphyxiated have Detectives Logan (Chris Noth) and Barek (Annabella Sciorra) questioning one victim's boyfriend who works for Lydia (guest star Sherri Saum), a local nurse suspected of extorting money from patients with voodoo. Logan initially questions Lydia and soon runs afoul of her "powers." As the detectives gather bank transfer documents, they learn from experience how people can live in fear and false hope from Lydia's potent spells. Jamey Sheridan and Courtney B. Vance also star.

Hmm - This one sounds quite interesting. I find the spiritual believes and practices of Voodoo to be very intriguing!! I must be more superstitious than I'd care to admit ;D

After seeing Mr. Pucci's impressive performance in THUMBSUCKER, I'm looking forward to seeing him taking on Mr. D'Onofrio on the latter's home turf.

I haven't seen "Thumbsucker," but Pucci played John Voss in the mini-series "Empire Falls" on HBO--and was really good. Can't wait to see him in CI....
