The great Bill Irwin. One of the great theatrical performers of today. Wow. I have to tell you I'm far more impressed LOCI got him rather than Minnelli.

I just saw a commerical on USA for LOCI repeats. That the Thursday night back to back shows are now going to have short interviews with the actors in between each show. The clip showed Kate Erbe talking about Eames being a tough cookie

Such a good idea! Now maybe non-fans will get a taste of what we know--that CI has some of the best actors in the business!

Game 3 of the MLB World Series is scheduled for Tuesday October 24 on FOX. No way NBC will air a new CI episode opposite the game.
The following Tuesday October 31 NBC will air a new CI episode, the Liza Minnelli episode "Masquerade" opposite "House" when it returns from baseball hiatus on FOX.

thanks for the clarification, techguy. You'll be watching the game, I expect? Seems like everyone at work has money on it.

Yes I will indeed be watching the game. There are players on both the Tigers and Cardinals that I like a lot, plus there's the sidebar story of both team managers being very good friends. I also like both Jim Leyland and Tony LaRussa so I'll be happy for whoever wins, and also feel for whoever loses this World Series.
ETA: NBC apparently is throwing "Friday Night Lights" to the lions by airing a new episode against Game 3!
