Actually sounds really interesting to me!!
It sounds as if the main emphasis of the episode is on the Undercover cop and not the whole music scene. May delve into the whole blurring of lines and worlds that many officers in undercover situations most probably face.
Old and Wise Logan is just fine by me - would never view him as a fuddy duddy!!

Just as long as they don't try to do like Cold Case and play music while the characters are trying to talk or substituting music for dialog. If they have to feature a song in each episode at least do it before the detectives arrive on scene.

LOL - I have never seen Cold Case - I know of it but have never viewed an episode.
I thought the way that they incorporated the song into Blaster's worked wonderfully - It actually really added something special to the episode - IMO.

I did like the music at the beginning of Blasters and if it is used that way more often I would have fewer qualms with the way music is used on shows. The music in Blasters enhanced the opening story and it did not take away from any of the story or characters introduced at the beginning. I did not like the way the music was used at the beginning of Privilege as much as the music in Blasters. I liked the episode Privilege but I did feel the song played at the beginning took away from the opportunity the show had to focus more on each of the players or other family members in the Harrington family saga.
I really hope the next Logan and Wheeler is less about the music industry and more about the world of an undercover cop. I feel this storyline would be a good one for Wheeler as well as Logan based on the statements that Ross made in Tru Love about Wheeler going undercover.
Here is a better summary for Albatross :
"A judge ends up a real-life casualty when he takes part in a reenactment of a famous historic duel. Goren and Eames question the victim's opponent (Xander Berkeley), whose wife is running for mayor of New York City. Maureen Pagonis: Donna Murphy." TV Guide.

Tom Arnold as a televangelist? Whose bright idea was that?

I am sure Perfect is in quotes for a reason. Sure it only seems he is perfect.

Anyway so much for my dumbness Any info on the epie?? Lobotomized Minds want to know LOL!! p.s - I read about the epie on the reelblog - who are also apparentely lobotomized tonight as they initially listed the episode as airing on the 30th / I Went back - they have changed the date now to the Feb. 27th.

Aaw, don't get down on yourself about February 30, Mikeyrocks. If it makes you feel any better, I'm still writing checks with the year 2006 on them! And I don't know if more or less caffeine is the answer.
To get back to "30" listed on February 27--if "Brother's Keeper" is G/E on February 20, then "30" should be L/W if CI is back to alternating episode-for-episode between the two teams.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to those who post the upcoming episodes and dates here. I have programmed my DVR to record Blind Spot and Siren call as I didnt get them on DVD yet, and already have it programmed for the 4 "new" episodes we are supposed to see in Feb, so short of not having the right dvd in there for the right night, I should soon have all of season 6. Just hope the NUTS don't change their minds. Eagerly awaiting "Albatross", "Flipped", "Brothers Keeper" and whatever appears on the 27th "30"? Could it be possible? A whole month in a row of new epies?

For convenience to help anyone who wants to program a VCR, DVR or DVD recorder, here's the CI schedule on NBC that's posted on the Reel website:
Saturday, Feb 3 10PM - "Blind Spot" -rerun Tuesday, Feb 6 "Albatross" Saturday, Feb 10 10PM - "Siren Call - rerun Tuesday Feb 13 - "Flipped" Saturday, Feb 17 10PM - "Bedfellows" - rerun Tuesday, Feb 20 - "Brother's Keeper" ETA: Saturday, Feb 24 - "The War At Home" - rerun Tuesday, Feb 27 - "30"
BTW--Filmnoir5, not to be nosy, but is there a reason you want to record the Saturday reruns on DVD? Did you miss them when they originally aired, or do you want a second copy, or is it because you watched/recorded something else when CI was on?
