Somehow I doubt too many of y'all will see this! The Turner South network will occassionally run ads where people talk about what the south means to them. Just saw an ad yesterday featuring Angela Bassett, her hubby Courtney B. Vance, Samuel L. Jackson and Eugene Lee doing "My South", switching back and forth. CBV: "In my South, Law and Order is Grandma and a hickory switch". Here's the menu of videos to see, you can watch spots with other actors as well. You can pick your media format, which is nice. (I thought Vance was from up north, but whatever. It's still a good 30 seconds!) And yes, this is where I come from. www.turnersouth.com/search/results/1,,,00.html

CBV: "In my South, Law and Order is Grandma and a hickory switch". So true in other parts of the world, too. ;D Catbird, thanks for the link but nothing came up for me.

Well, my link was the page of search results, look under "Video" and clicking the segment will take you to a page where you choose Windows Media, Real Player, whatever. COuld your computer not get that far?

My first two tries got "page not found".
The third try got me to a page that stated "3621 items found".

Huh, here's what I did: www.turnersouth.comSomewhere on the main page is a "Search" bar. Type "My South". Under "Video" is a listing of the celebrity spots. Video is a little down under some program or recipe descriptions. Or would it be easier if I just typed out the transcript?
