I thought this was an excellent episode, which delivered a few curve balls to the viewers There were several RFTH storylines involved. First was the crane collapses this past spring in midtown Manhattan. This story leads into another RPTH plot involving a disabled little girl whose parents are trying to get a physician to operate on her to remove her sexual organs & start hormone treatments that will make her stay small & childlike. Each storyline could have been a separate episode. I was truly shocked at how McCoy reined in Cutter, embarrassing him in court in front of the judge. I wonder how long Cutter will give Jack the cold shoulder? I almost expected him to quit. Even McCoy sheepishly admitting that he wished that Adam Schiff had stopped him from making mistakes didn't seem to help. Connie was once again the voice of reason to Cutter's righteous indignation and Jack's concern about the media take on his office. I thought the Bernard/Lupo partnership was good and is getting better. I agreed with Cutter about the operation on the child being about making her care easier on the parents, especially the Mom. Cutter really let her have it, snarking that maybe they should amputate their child's legs as well? His brutal honesty for justice once again paramount.
