I think KE kicks ass in "Stir of Echoes". TNT is showing it this Saturday and Sunday: Directed by David Koepp and starring Kevin Bacon, Kathryn Erbe, Illeana Douglas Kevin Dunn, Conor O'Farrell, Zachary David Cope Stephen Eugene Walker, Mary Kay Cook, Liza Weil, Jennifer Morrison
A skeptic whose son talks to ghosts becomes a receptor of supernatural vibes himself after being hypnotized at a party. Sat Mar 6 04:00P TNT- Turner Television Sun Mar 7 12:00A TNT- Turner TelevisionBTW, according to imdb: KE's second child is a boy . His name is Carson Lincoln Kinney. He was born on October 15, 2003

I also really liked this movie. It's too bad it was released around the same time as The 6th Sense.

I have only seen 1/2 of this film. It was on late one night and fell asleep. By what I watched - KE was really good in this film. Will have get the video out and watch the whole movie (once I get my video recorder to work ) Mighty Ducks was on tv about a month ago. KE looks so different in that movie!! I watched it because she was in it but the movie was terrible! Kate ;D

I thought this was a brilliant film. I'm not a huge fan of Kevin Bacon, but I hired it out to see Kathryn Erbe in something other than CI. Loved the black hair, it really suited her. I suppose black is more her natural colour than the blond look in CI. Anyway, I digress. Her acting was superb in this movie. She gave such a great portrayal of a wife and mother who is totally confused and increasingly frightened by what is happening around her. I enjoyed it heaps, and couldn't wait to get hold of a copy of my own.

They had this DVD on sale at "Big Lots" for $3.99 and it even has commentary. What a deal!

Hey everyone,
Oh this movie was to die for...I rented it out of a Hollywood video in my neighborhood, and I sat for 5 days watching this movie, and all I can say is...Kathryn totally ROCKED!!! Like when her character Maggie was looking to have sex with Kevin Bacon's character Tom at 2:30 in the morning..Talk about losing control.
But it was a great change from CI...Her S.O.E character looked so gothic...sort of. Eitherway, that was brilliant and scary. Even Kathryn scared me in that movie. (shivers)
Anyone Agree?
Thanks and write back, Rachael

Hi All, I just got to see this movie again, I've watched it before but it was ages ago and I've got to say that KE is just amazing and I don't mind Kevin Bacon, so this film was great. And to be honest it was about 1,000 times better than The Sixth Sense. I'm now looking for other KE films especially Rich In Love, just because she's in it. She is severly underrated. Wendy Hugs

Try "What About Bob?" It stars Bill Murray and Richard Dreyfuss. KE plays the teenage daughter. I don't want to spoil it for you, I'll just say KE looks very young, and is totally believable as a teenager.

Oh, it is! Of course, you either love Bill Murray or, ehhh. I think he's brilliant. KE is just cute, as every teenage girl wants to be.

Bill Murray is one of my personal faves in terms of comedy acting. The guy just has it I can't wait to see KE as a teenager! She has taken top spot of my favourite actresses list. I'd never really seen her in anything other than LOCI so it was nice to see her in Stir of Echoes, she was just amazing. Wendy Hugs

I like "Stir Of Echoes". The black hair looks good for her.
"What About Bob" is very good, Bill Murray is my favourite actor and he is a genius.

personally loved both movies. recently bought stir of echos...but i haven't seen what about bob in so long! erbe was only...like..24 or 25 or something then (it came out in 1991 i think)...so it's not that big of a stretch to make her look like a teenager i'm sure.
