Help me out Alexfans, does Eames have ink? I could swear I'm seeing a tatoo on the edge of her left shoulder blade.

Don't know about Erbe, but I was watching "Happy Accident"today, (fell upon it while switching the stations, what a pleasant surprise) at the end when Rudy (Marisa Tomei), is walking across the street, she is wearing flip flops and it looks like she has a tattoo on her right foot, all around where the bones are before her toes. Is that a tattoo? and wouldn’t that hurt more getting one in between the bones? Tattoo’s creep me out, but thinking that they might be inking (drilling) between the bones, really makes me queasy

You're right--very thin skin, like on the ankles, digits, wrist, can make for more pain. Just think about facial piercings, there are alot of blood vessels in the head! Does anybody else agree with me and Cassie? I'm getting obsessive--everytime she goes sleeveless, I'm fogging up my TV screen trying to see if Eames has a tat. Man, I miss CI.

Caseywife- I checked KE's site and saw no mention of a tatoo, not that there would be. (Told you I was getting obsessive.)

You're not imagining things -- KE does have a tattoo on her shoulder. The right one, IIRC. It's a small heart and inside it says "T+M" which stands for Terry and Maeve. We get a fairly good look at it in the bathtub scene of Stir of Echoes, and it's also mentioned on the director's DVD commentary. Don't know if TPTB have ascribed the ink to Eames as well as KE, though!
ETA: I have a small tattoo on the bones of my foot, and I was surprised at how little it hurt, actually.

So wait, I'm still confused. Does KE actually have a tatoo or was it just something done for a movie? Not that it really matters, but for some reason I'm curious. I have actually considered getting one before myself.

I believe she does, you can see it from time to time when she wears sleeveless tops. I cant see it being a makeup trick for the character as infrequently as it appears. It seems like if it was supposed to be Eames tattoo they would make it more visible more often, if that makes any sense.

No, I totally understand what you are saying, good point! I went looking and she does indeed have a tatoo. I found these: This is from Law and Order, I think it was season 1, and you can def. see the tatoo. Then, this is from Stir of Echoes.

Help me out Alexfans, does Eames have ink? Yes, it's real. "T {M" for her husband Terry and her daughter Mave with a heart around the letters. It inspired a fake one for Kevin Bacon's and her character to share in Stir of Echoes. His is fake.

she's gonna have to change that tattoo now...that is part of the reason why I would never get a lovers name tattooed on me...who knows if it will last. But it's not that big, she could easily change it.

It's easy enough to turn a T into a C... don't know how painful though.

I was just watching Stir of Echoes again, and noticed she's got another one, on her tummy this time. I don't think it would have been a temporary one for the film, because it's only partially visible in a couple of scenes (See the first hypnotism scene; I'll try and upload a screenshot tomorrow).

Ok, I finally got around to getting some screencaps (sorry for the delay!). And this was what I was referring to. And then I found this, which I'm sure is temporary. And I'm only halfway through the film... But if they're fakes, why add ink that might only be seen for less than a second out of an entire film (if at all)? I got a good idea of her character and their relationship before I even knew about any of them.
