We've got a thread on Stir of Echoes and Homicide, and there's been several mentions of What About Bob; so how about some of her other work - Naked City: Justice With A Bullet; Dream With the Fishes; George Wallace; Rich in Love...
I've been trying to find a copy of Naked City (you try asking around for that without people looking at you oddly!); indeed it was Rom's post in the SoE thread that finally spurred me on to making this thread ;D
So, discuss (and just for the record, I'm willing to ignore Mighty Ducks II ;D)

She was lovely and complicated in Dream with the Fishes. Sarcastic and vulnerable at the same time. The character is of course way different from Eames, and also much less sure of herself than Maggie in Stir of Echoes. The film itself is worth seeing, but upon watching it more than once I really only wanted to see her scenes again. It was filmed in Northern California (in Oakland, SF, and near Pescadero) which is the area where I'm from originally, so it was fun to see it looking lovely on film.
She also did a great job in The Runaway ... funny to see her in a big southern house and wearing long nightgowns. She gives that character a core of toughness that is unexpected.
Oh and I even sat through Kiss of Death, which to be honest I thought was almost as unwatchable as the Mighty Ducks! But she is still good, very young and sweet. Not a particularly complex role, and I'm glad she found her way away from dumb movies like that.
Of course she kicks ass in Oz; if you haven't seen her episodes of that yet it is totally worth Netflixing.
I would LOVE to see Rich in Love, but it isn't out on DVD I don't think and the logistics of watching it on VHS when I don't have a VCR are so daunting, haha. Who's seen it and can comment? I'd also like to hear about The Addiction and Speaking of Sex.

Rich In Love is a good character study. It has pretty scenery and has a wonderful cast of actors : Albert Finney, Jill Clayburgh, Piper Laurie, Kyle McLachlan, Ethan Hawke, Alfre Woodard, etc.. Kathryn Erbe plays the teenage daugher very convincing even though she is about 10 years older than her character.
This movie shows up on Starz from time to time and it may show up on channels like Lifetime or WE at some point. If I find any information I will post it here.
I caught the Naked City movie last year on Court TV. It also has Courtney B. Vance.

I have Rich In Love, too. She looked very young and girlish in this! She played Lucille and was naive and vulnerable, and was toyed with by bonehead boyfriend Ethan Hawke. Lucille clings to the past but finally learns how to move on. She looked so young, delicate and fragile. Those of you who have seen this know what I mean! The Addiction - I haven't watched this all the way through - it's a horror film and me no likey horror! I saw Katrhryn in one scene and she hads that funny Southern accent, and was crying because I think Lili Taylor the vampire chick bit her. Annabella Sciorra was also one of the vampires! I did not see Kathryn again after that quick scene. One of these days, I'll get the nerve to watch it all the way through. Or make someone a copy and have them look for her! Naked City - Kathryn and Robin Tunney played air-headed NYC tourists who accidentally get the mob after them. Their parts are quite funny. It was quite funny to see CBV thrown down! I recommend the Stir of Echoes DVD - it has extras on it! Breathing Lesssons - A friend made me a copy of this! (SHHH!!) Her role was small and she appeared towards the end of the movie. Her former mother in law coaxed (tricked) her into coming back to their house for a visit but once she realized what was really happening, she bolts. This is another where she appears as very young, delicate and fragile. She was also about a decade older than the character she was playing here, too. Kiss of Death made me cringe because I kept thinking she was going to get killed. LOL! I saw this in theaters years ago without knowing who KE was at the time! It was a kick to see it again! I managed to catch it off tv! A friend seen her named sometimes credited in Dragonfly, with Kevin Costner. They didn't see her in it and neither did I. IMDb doesn't have it credited to her, so I think I can safely assume she's not in it. D2: Dumb movie but, I loved the hair! I want Oz on DVD! I am going to buy a handful of other films she's been in from ebay. The only one I cannot find is "Love At Ground Zero". I keep hitting the wall on that one. This must be Erbe's "Guy"!!

I've seen her credited for Dragonfly too (well, to be precise, I've seen her credited for the then upcoming film); I expect there was a casting change at the last minute? Somehow I got the impression The Addiction was a kind of Film School Project, rather than a full release*. Also, not realising it was about vampires, I thought it was a drug flick (much rather have vampires ) Strangevisitor only has her capped for two or three scenes anyway, so I think you saw about all of her. I wouldn't mind seeing it, but I don't think I'd like any film where she gets attacked like that. Grrr! *edit: it may be Love From Ground Zero that I'm thinking of.

I'm starting to build up a small collection of Kathryn Erbe's movies/shows. I have 'Kiss of Death' (only because she's in it) and season 3 of 'Oz'. I look forward to it being released in Australia next year, so I only have to pay $48 for it, and not $113. Bleugh.
I recently acquired a copy of 'Dream with the Fishes', and I have the episode of Homicide she guest-starred in primarily because I bought season 6 so I could have 'The Subway', with Vincent. I was thrilled to discover an episode in that same season where Kathryn guest-starred.
I've just bought a new copy of Naked City off the Amazon marketplace, for a grand total of about $7 Australian.
So, between her, Chris Noth and Vincent D'Onofrio, I think I can safely say that I have quite a collection of DVDs and videos now. ;D

I don't know... is that movie available on DVD? Anyway, I have a friend who can copy it onto DVD for me, if I want. ;D

Yeah, I'm not sure it's even been released onto dvd yet. I've not seen any indication it has been. Let me know if you ever do decide to get a copy made, though, I'll put an order in ;D

Got ahold of Kiss of Death the other day. It's a bit formulaic (though since the book was written in 1947, I can forgive that), but there are worse ways to spend an afternoon

I found a copy of Speaking of Sex today It was at the local market, and only cost me two dollars, so I'm not going to be disappointed if it turns out rubbish. If I don't like it though, I can send it on to anyone who's not seen it yet. edit: Ok, I saw it and it was great fun, although the female lead is a terrible actress (at least in the last scene)

Hey, for those of you who are online now and who have already DVR'd Endgame...
I was just flipping the channels and found The Runaway, starring Kathryn Erbe and Dean Cain, on The Hallmark Channel. It's running 9:00-11:00 p.m. EST tonight here in Florida.
Enjoy!
