Fans of the Peanuts cartoon strip will recognize tonight's poll options as describing Charlie Brown's favorite baseball player, the unseen Joe Shlabotnik, which also happens to be the identity of the episode's guest cadaver.

Thanks, Techguy, I had no clue of the Peanuts tie-in, lol.
This episode would've been an A for me but for the psych sessions which for me are now drawing my attention away from the crime. I spend the whole episode waiting for that damned session and wondering/worrying what it will reveal.

Good catch, Techguy. The Joe in this episode seems to have been mourned by many. But wouldn't his memorial service been held closer to his death? Anyway, I gave it a B. I also find myself waiting for the sessions, but I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing.

Way to go Techguy! Gotta love Charlie Brown! ;D
I gave the episode an A for all of the family dynamics going on that pushed Goren's buttons and because he stepped into Gyson and gave her the eyebrow when he said he was not a good candidate for therapy.

I gave it an A. Interesting plot, good acting by all, and even though I wasn't crazy about the psych session - damn, Goren is looking good!

I'm not ready to raise it above a B or B+, but I'm thinking better of this episode the more I think about it. It's not the mystery's fault if I'm waiting for the psych session.

Well, of course Goren is the biggest mystery of all.

I gave it an A. Why don't they just wrap everything up in the first fifteen minutes and give us the psych sessions for the remainder? It was good the session came at the end of the show. Highly charged and good stuff from two really good actors.
