She is one of the writers listed for Albatross (Feb. 6, 2007) and Brothers Keeper. One of her plays Night Mother was made into a movie with Sissy Spacek and Anne Bancroft.

If anyone gets WMAX Night Mother will air at 4 p.m. Friday afternoon. Since this is one of the Cinemax/HBO channels this movie could probably air on several Cinemax or HBO channels during the next few weeks.

NIGHT MOTHER is a devestating play. I believe it won the Pulitzer Price the year it was produced.

LOCI has a very impressive roster of writers. (Perhaps that's true of all the L&O shows--I'm not nearly as familiar with the writers of the other shows.) I credit Mr. Balcer and Mr. Leight with that.

Ms. Norman tends to deal with family issues in her plays. Interesting that she's written what may be the audience's first encounter with Bobby's brother.
