The list has been purged of duplicates.
I understand that a few of those who made duplicates did so because they did not get a password. This is usually due to spam filters. If you didn't get your password, check your junk mail folder. If you still can't find it, change you email filter settings to allow spam, then go to the login page and click "forgot password." Your password will be sent again. If you still didn't get it, give me a shout and I'll get it for you.
If you received your password, but it's not working, please be sure that you are using capital and lower case letters appropriately because your user name and password are case sensitive. If you are sure you are using the right case and it still doesn't work, give me a shout.
