I found this one as unbelievable as it was gross.
Who could believe any woman would want to get these two in a threesome?
Stern looked like David Bowie's younger, uglier, brother and Borman's hairline recedes to Calcutta.
Their dialogue at the end seems unnatural and strangely homo erotic (I know, could be the point).
It would have been better with the original cast of Andrew McCarthy.
Best visual: Prolonged, sneaky Goren smile in early confrontation with Stern
[Edited to correct episode title]

I guess thats why the two had to get the women smashed? You know the saying, "The more I drink, the better you look." I didn't know Andrew McCarthy was supposed to be in this episode. I wonder why he backed out?

I know this is a bit random but...
Of all the shows, this is the one I have the hardest time remebering what the hell happened. Who, what, when, where, why. I cannot even remember why the cop was killed.

I didn't know Andrew McCarthy was supposed to be in this episode. I wonder why he backed out? Well, most of the stories seem to report that McCarthy and Vincent D'Onofrio just couldn't work together. I've read a few slams made about Mr. D'Onofrio's acting style from quotes by McCarthy. Mr. D'Onofrio's only comments (that I've seen) were along the lines of it not really mattering what McCarthy said, as the cast and crew witnessed the truth. A higher road to take, in my opinion. And for what it's worth, Dick Wolf completely supported Vincent D'Onofrio in this matter. EDIT: It seems, NicoleMarie beat me to the punch! Sigh. I really ought to learn how to type faster.

I cannot even remember why the cop was killed. Stern and Borman injected women with animal viruses when they rejected them; the cop was on to them.. And why does that idiot have to undress in front of his mostly female staff? Has the man never heard of Clarence Thomas?

I googled "Clarence Thomas" but I couldn't find any reference that he publicly undressed himself. What is this reference about?

A woman named Anita Hill accused him of sexual harrassment when he was being considered for a seat in Supreme Court. Here is a link to an article on it. chnm.gmu.edu/courses/122/hill/hilloutline2.htmI would have thought one of those women would have filed a lawsuit against Borman. Tossing his clothes around in a operating room would contaminate stuff too, wouldn't it? He could have been fired over that alone unless the rules are diffrent for operating on animals.

"Well, most of the stories seem to report that McCarthy and Vincent D'Onofrio just couldn't work together. I've read a few slams made about Mr. D'Onofrio's acting style from quotes by McCarthy." HUH? Andrew McCarthy messed up a good opportunity for himself here. I understand that working with other people can sometimes be trying, but Vincent D'Onofrio is a well respected, successful actor. Andrew McCarthy could frankly use a career boost. Okay, with that out of the way...I also thought that episode was creepy. I did really enjoy Goren and Eames reactions to Borman's undressing and scrubbing up before he went in to surgery. It was a great example of how this show blends some over the top storylines with some really fine, nuanced acting.

Sorry, comedykicks, I don't know how to quote properly yet. LOL, neither do I. I just hit the quote button and delete what I don't want out of the post. I liked how Goren sort of positioned himself between Borman and Eames. Borman was looking at her like a piece of meat that should have been fanning herself in his presence. I was cool to see Goren sort of act protective of Eames even though she can take care of herself.

I saw this episode the other night and I didnt remember seeing it the first time. Such a wierd episode, even for CI standards. That vet guy creeped me out big time, he was so full of himself and frankly he had nothing to be bragging about, and his friend, he was a crazy one. I'm with ya Comedy regarding the way he steped in, that dude was giving a creepy vibe, Eames was backin off and he still walked towards her, Goren, being the big brother type he is, had to step in. Good big brother !!!

I googled "Clarence Thomas" but I couldn't find any reference that he publicly undressed himself. What is this reference about? I thought girls said Clarence Darrow And I went on a mission searching the web, looking for where he disrobed in front of a woman. Of course I didn’t find it. What I found was the Leopold and Loeb Case. www.law.umkc.edu/faculty/projects/ftrials/leoploeb/Accountoftrial.html What an interesting read. And it got me wondering, what infamous crimes of the past have caught some of the posters attentions on this forum and why?
