Does this mean the first new episode is Januray 10th? Good, that gives me time to catch up ! USA network re-runs LOCI a week or so after they are on NBC. They were running on Saturday nights, but lately they've been showing up on Wednesday nights (they showed "Weeping Willow" at 11 oclock tonight and it just ran 8 days ago). Remember one poster taped "House" instead of "TWAH" because it had been scheduled for Sat, but they moved it to Wed instead? SOOOOO my guess is the Jan 10 "TBA" episode will be the one that NBC will run on Jan 2. It's my prediction and I may stand corrected, but I'm crossing my fingers anyhow!

Sobergal95's guess is a good one, based on NBC's past history of doing only CI reruns in December.
The timeline of the January 3 11PM episode "Dollhouse" suggests this will be the rerun episode NBC will air on December 26. The January 10 11PM TBA suggests that January 2 will be the date of the next new CI episode on NBC.

Does anyone know what logic USA uses to show CI episodes? I mean I'm seeing some they just showed in December coming up again but no sign of other shows I haven't seen in a while and would love to see.
Oh well, just frustrated. LOL

Does anyone know what logic USA uses to show CI episodes? Logic? I don't think there's any when network programming schedules are involved. However, if there's a pattern there and we can find it, we'll make Wally Stevens very proud.
BTW, if you do know how to figure out patterns, we could make a fortune in Las Vegas--at least until we're spotted. Then things could get ugly very fast...and very painful.

Does anyone know what logic USA uses to show CI episodes? Ok I am the "Supreme Geek" so I might be able to help.... Back when they "announced" they'd be doing season 5, I went out and spent money on a DVR recorder on the Friday they showed "In the Wee Small Hours". However, I bought the wrong kind of DVDs and was unable to record it. I was only able to get "Acts of Contrition" when they used it as a repeat during the World Series, and two other episodes "Saving Face" and "Scared Crazy".... then ZAM! no more season 5s. The rest of November was season 4. They picked up the season 5 where they left off for the Marathon on December 3 with the exception of "Dollhouse","Proud Flesh" and "Wrongful Life". NOW these 3 episodes are appearing as reruns on Tuesday nights on NBC this December. (Magic, huh?) and the other 6 episodes I missed will start showing again on USA on Dec 18-27. Now I also had to record season 4s as well and heres how the pattern worked: Mondays and Wednesdays they started in the middle of the season with episode 10 or 11., the next Monday ep 12 Wed episode 13 etc. On Thursdays they started with episode 1 and 2 and then showed 3 and 4 the next Thursday, 5 and 6 the following Thursday etc. They ran a couple backwards, but the end result is I have them all with the exception of "Silver Lining" and ""My Good Name". And I can pick up "Silver Lining" on Bravo this Sunday. I have not really been paying attention to what they show if I already have it on DVD. NOW, my major conundrum.... For season 6 I only started with "Maltese Cross" and am missing the first 3: "Blind Spot", "Tru Love" and "Siren Call" and TL is going to be on this Tuesday. Do I record it now and pick up BS and SC whenever they get around to showing them, or wait till somebody plays them in order? Does anyone have Wally's prison address so I can ask him? ;D Now that TPTB know I am on to them, they will change their minds anyway!

LOL Well, I suppose expecting logic from programmers is a bit unrealistic.
Thanks sobergal. I'm glad someone has tried to figure this out. I think I'll stick to Bravo for predictability. They're running in chronological order. USA will just have to be a pleasant surprise. :-D

sobergal, you might be waiting a while for those two eps to come around again. I get them sooner rather than later. PS Reading your post, I'd say you seem to have Wally beat. Now my only hope is you won't have an annoyingly glaring gap on the shelf when you line up your dvds.

LOL, Sobergal95! Good eye, good catches, but...
Wally Stevens IS the program scheduler for USA! He's been hacking into the prison computer, and well, the little bugger just can't help himself. I'm almost positive there's a pattern of five in there somewhere, we just have to find it. Anyone game for a ride to Westchester and some Chinese afterward?

"Albatross" is the episode based on Jeanine and Al Pirro. DNA posted about it on page 1 of the Articles & Interviews board. There's no info yet about whether it's a G/E or L/W episode, but I'm hoping nbcumv will enlighten us on Friday. Stay tuned.

Per nbcumv, we're leading off the New Year with a Logan/Wheeler episode:
WORLD'S FAIR January 2, 2007 @ 9PM ET
A MURDER INVESTIGATION BEGS THE QUESTION, WAS IT RACISM OR A FAMILY MATTER? -- When a young Pakistani woman is found murdered after trying to break up an ethnic dispute, Detectives Logan (Chris Noth) and Wheeler (Julianne Nicholson) are called to the scene. After learning the victim had been pregnant and was secretly dating Rudy (guest star Jason Cerbone), an Italian of whom her family disapproved, the Detectives quickly find there is bad blood between the family and Rudy. But this case could go beyond race and become a matter of family honor. Eric Bogosian also stars.
